I'm genuinely surprised at some of the negative comments for this hotel! I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Big, modern hotel with quite a posh feel about it. The location is fine also. I don't see a 10 minute walk to the square to be a bad location? Stayed for 7 nights. Room was cleaned everyday...

We stayed here for 30 nights and were very comfortable. Yes, the hotel needs some refurbishment, but our room was large with lots of storage and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the pool was clean and cool. We patronised the onsite restaurant several times, and the food was very nice. The reception staff were...

Stayed here for 1 night and was really disappointed. Not the best location and rooms are dirty/run down. It's not expensive but you can definitely get better value for money in the old town (which is the best place to be). In shortly, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I am astonished this place rated as high as it did. We had three nights booked here and left for another hotel after the first night. The room was disgusting; dirty walls, dirty carpet, lots of hair in the shower, the toilet was disgusting with a yellow ring on the toilet seat, the Ac unit was a joke, cracks in...

Stopped here for 5 nights while we could see the elephants, eat the local foods etc. It was basically an apartment complex but hotel'd up. Free breakfast was nice, pretty basic but it did us good. Walkable distance from everything in the main square. Good stuff 8/10.

This hotel is a really dirty and strange hotel. The staff doesn't speak English that good. And the rooms are dirty. The pictures that they use on the hotel sites are not the real deal, maybe in the beginning when they just opened the place but now it's nothing like it! The breakfast is also not that good Would stay...
