When we got to the hotel I was surprised by how spacious the room was. Clean, great view and location. They have a restaurant where we ordered food the first night, since we were too tired to search for anything else, and it turned out to be very tasty. Next day we paid for breakfast and it's not worth the...

This well located and maintained hotel is "walking distance" from much of the Old City & surroundings!!! The Hotel has a good restaurant... and within 100 yards there is an excellent Thai Buffet. The swimming pool is an added luxury! The front desk is staffed by enthusiastic staff and Tom, the Manager is not only friendly but also very helpful!...

Near the center, less than 10 minutes away. Rooms are large, staff, is helpful and friendly. Impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast of good quality and very diversified. Unfortunately the furniture in the room is old and worn. If that does not bother, it's a nice place. Panorama from the roof of the hotel is superb.

Complimentary coffee is needed in the room, but apart from this the hotel is a good budget option. A short walk from Tapae Gate. The room was clean and the shower was really nice and hot. The breakfast was a good basic buffet. Staff are helpful. The swimming pool needs a clean. Off street parking is very safe.

I highly recommend this hotel ! It is very clean, (daily clean service), the breakfast is cheap (pay 2 euros and its unlimited, the staff are very helpful (especially concerning tour for elephant and so one), the location is near to the night market so very pleasant for a night walk and it is cheap. If you need a cheap but sufficient hotel for one night this hotel is what you're looking for. Near the old city and with a free parking a good choice. Only 10 minutes walking time to the Thapae Gate. The room spacious but a bit old fashioned and the safe didn't work. But that didn't bother us much considering the...

Location is pretty good. About 15minute walk to the main walking streets of Chiang Mai. Reception staff aren't that good at English so quite difficult when you need their help. Tour booking lady at fromt of hotel is very helpful and friendly. She helped us book an amazing elephant day care and also an early morning taxi to the airport....

This hotel is just about 5-7 min walk from Tha Pae Gate, which is the main entrance to the Old City. The fixtures and furnitures were kind of old and dated, even the carpet but they pretty much make it up in space. We booked 2 connecting rooms with twin beds. Very big rooms. They make up the room daily...

Stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Nothing much to comment as it's a budget serviced hotel.Breakfast choice is limited and staff are not friendly, they don't seem to be happy everyday. Room are spacious but old, but this is what you expect for the price you pay. Quite a distance to shopping mall and nite market, you need to take...
