Everything was great here. The staff were very nice, and the room was simple but clean and comfortable. We had them do our laundry and it was super cheap and it came back in a timely manor. The lobby is really cool as well with comfortable sofas and a beautiful koi pond.

This was our 2nd stay at the 3sis. This property has a wonderful staff and location. Rooms are hard to get to as you must climb stairs to rooms. The stairs are wide but the higher floors could be difficult for many. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great rooms. The 3sis is directly across the street from Wat Chedi Luang. It is not a wide street but can be busy at times with a variety of vehicles including Red Trucks and tour buses. Chedi Luang is a major landmark and site of interest. Making locating the 3sis easy for any taxi or red truck as the Wat is directly in front of the hotel. 3sis is on the same street as the night market. This allowed us to shop, take a break and then explore more of the night market at our leisure. I cannot say enough good things abour the 3sis. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely week-long stay at 3 Sis. It is in the absolute middle of the old city. We walked to each gate. The Sunday night market is right outside. But because of the location on a side street, it quiet. My husband took ill when we were there and we had to change our plans. The staff was extremely accommodating. They called places for us to make sure they were open and took great care of us. The only reason I have it 4 stars is the internet in our room was very unreliable. It was frustrating when I tried to make reservations somewhere and the signal cut out and I couldn’t complete the transaction. But the signal in the lobby was fine. Once I figured that out it was better. And the have one of the nicest most comfortable lobbies I have seen in Thailand. I wouldn’t recommend getting their breakfast if you have any plans to go somewhere early in the AM. The food is adequate at best but the service is very slow. Twenty minutes for a Thai omelette. I’d suggest and of the great coffee and breakfast places nearby.

Nice little hotel in central location in old town. They have own restaurant terrace overlooking busy road and temple across the street. Try to avoid room on ground floor as the open plan building can make a bit noisy. Good value for money!

We really liked this place as a hotel. You won't remember it but sometimes that's a good thing! The rooms are clean, bigger than normal. The breakfast is minimal for vegetarians. The location can't be better..across the street from the Cheri Luang temple
