Super helpful and friendly staff!!! They helped me rent a motorbike, had it brought to and dropped off right to the hotel. The room was very clean the only improvement could be newer TV's but I didn't really have time for it anyway!!! I would definitely stay here again!!!

This is by far the best hotel! Trip Advisor was right! The staff is The staff arrange a great elephant tour for me, directed me to the markets and helped me with everything I needed. They sure know how to employ good people. The old city is fairly close, and the red buses can pick you up and drive you...

We paid about 20GBP per night to stay here and for that got a comfortable room with a balcony, air con etc. Concierge were helpful in booking tours and it's close to the centre of town by tuk-tuk. Breakfast was fairly poor but edible. If your on a budget or just fancy saving some cash but want a proper hotel...

We stayed here at Viangbua (produced Wiangbua) Mansion for 8 nights and loved it. The rooms are older yes but for the price they're very well kept and clean. New towels and pillow cases everyday. The air-conditioning is amazingly cold and the shower pressure is strong. The staff are super lovely and helpful, we booked a Doi Inthanon day tour...

Viangbua Mansion has permanent residents in serviced apartments on some floors, and operates as a hotel on others. Because of this you can get various rates depending on how long you intend to stay. There are lots of farang living here. Rooms are spacious and good value. Breakfast is average. Service is very good. Underground parking is excellent. The location...

There is a famous line in the “Forrest Gump” movie that says, “Life is like a box of chocolates -- you never know what you are going to get.” That is so true of Chiang Mai hotels. There are hundreds of them, and they are all so unique – the personal vision of their particular proprietor. In general, you just...

We spent a very comfortable five days in this hotel - the room was spacious, had all the equipment we needed, was extremely clean. Air conditioning was slightly noisy but this was not a major problem. The hotel had given us a west-facing room on a higher floor, as requested in our booking, and also speedily provided extra pillows and...

This is a gorgeous little hotel just North of The Old City, Chiang Mai with a very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are very big, very clean, have a balcony and the air conditioning and bathroom water pressure are absolutely satisfactory. If you're looking for a nice hotel just outside The Old City and right in between access to...

First, I should qualify my review by saying that I was travelling solo and I think this hotel is much more suitable or advantageous to families or couples. My first impression of the hotel was very positive when I got there and into the reception area. The reception area and entrance are grand and beautiful. But the rooms lack charm...
