Stayed here several times on long stays. Location is a bit far from the centre but you have the large Tanin Market on your doorstep. Red buses to the city centre can be got from the main road 5 minutes walk away for 20-30 baht. Basic rooms have microwave and a few kitchen utensils, air con, safe and old box tv.Nice balcony...

Good value for the money. We have been coming for nearly ten years and the standards are still great. Everything reliably works. The manager is a delightful woman who has created a wonderful team. The staff are the highlight of this place. Yes, sure most of the guests are in the older age bracket and are not bothered by the...

the hotel is not located in the city center but rather simple accessible with private car. We liked a lot the parking garage directly below the hotel. The a/c rooms are spacious with small balcony. The staff gives you helpful Information about local public transport to the center and other places. The low room rate contains even breakfast. We appreciated...

We initially booked to stay here for one night after reading some really positive reviews. We were not disappointed! The rooms were huge, airy and clean, the breakfast was lovely and the staff were absolutely wonderful... In fact we ended up booking two extra nights! It's around 15 minutes walk from the main part of Chiang Mai (inside the city...

A good selection in Chiang Mai. The hotel is not in the center but is not far anyway. Is posible to move walking and the zone is safe. About the rooms: They are well, maybe a little old and dark but confortable to pass the night. They are spacious and clean. The breakfast could be better. Is not a buffet....

The hotel is located near the Siriwattana Markets about a fifteen minutes walk to the Old City or a short Songthaw ride at about 20 baht each, but you will need to barter for this price. It suited us because we were there for 9 nights and didn't need to visit the old city every day. In fact this area...

The first and enduring impression of this hotel was the friendly helpful staff. It is clean, close to Tanin market and an easy walk to the old city. The staff helped us find everything we needed and I found the firm beds surprisingly comfortable. But it is not for people looking for an impersonal western style hotel with a pool...

This place is off the beaten path so if you want to be in the middle of the night life and you're looking at staying here, look elsewhere. If you want to be outside the hustle and bustle of the main part of the walled city, this place is a few minutes on the motorbike north of that. It still...

We found this hotel thanks to the trip advisor comments... And it was a really good experience. The room was not really expensive. It was clean. Receptionist guys were very nice and smily people. The hotel is around 5-10 minutes to the old city center so it was ok to move there. Really good choice if you want a quiet...
