Very average hotel, staff not brilliantly helpful, room was big enough, No view from any room. It was cleanish but bedsheets had holes in them and the towels were frayed. Breakfast was nothing to shout about, curry or bread were the 2 options. Won't be recommending and won't be returning.

We would like to mention something good. We stay in three different rooms, all of them not so clean, very old sheets, rooms very old and needing urgent renovation. In the past it was certainly a good hotel, but not now. Almost the same price you can stay in better ones.

I was here for 1 night. First of all, it was really great that I could checkin very early in the morning, since my bus arrived at like 06:00 oclock. But then, in the room, it all just looks really old and moldy and it smells just like that. The bed was very big. The airconditioning made a lot of...

We had a really nice stay at the winner inn. There was a small issue with some stains on the bedsheets. I went to report it, and 5 minutes later the staff came and cleaned my bed. The staff was helpful and nice. They helped us arrange some trips and get transport. Its location is a little away from the...

Yeaaaaa....ya know, I'm pretty understanding for the way hotels look and such. I mean, we're in Thailand ya know? Warm bed, AC, warm shower and I'm happy. Doesn't take much to please me. But, despite the warm bed, warm shower, and AC, I kinda just felt dirty staying here. I also wasn't too keen on the location. It would've been...

The most disgusting hotel I've ever been. It's not worth the money. The sheets and the pillow covers are stained and dirty. The floor of the room and of the hotel is dirty. I found cockroaches and spiders in my bathroom the first night when I got back at night and all I wanted is a shower. When I went...

We had a small room with no windows and a very hard bed. There was AirCo and the city centre was a five minute walk. Lockers were for hire for 100Baht. Paid 650 for 1 night in a dubble bed. Friendly staff and a good place to start in Chiang Mai because you're not in de crowded chaotic centre but...

Good points first: the location is great, really central, easy to walk to everything. The room had air con. Bad points: some of the staff were helpful, but mostly not. We had dirty sheets, no toilet roll and a broken fridge when we arrived. These all got reluctantly sorted by the staff. Everytime we had a shower, the toilet got...

We were very happy with the location of the hotel and the staff was always very friendly and happy to help with any questions we might have. The rooms very nice and clean. Definitely a place I would choose again.

I would urge no traveller to stay at this hotel. Here is a brief story about my wonderful stay at the Winner Inn Hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered that my room was not only missing pillow cases but the sheets were covered in blood; this is totally unacceptable on all levels and most importantly, horrifically unhygienic. I asked the hotel...
