When we arrived at the hotel, the personal was very smiley and friendly with us, but unfortunately that was only the first impression... Lately, when we arrived at the room we discovered the smelly carpet, the old bathroom and furnitures and so on... When we went out of the room we realized how dirty were all the windows with an... Stayed here for a few nights for my G Adventures tour. Staff were very helpful with some minor request. Rooms itself are not the newest but were nice and clean. Bathrooms are on the small side but this is really a very minor issue. Air conditioner worked a treat. The location is very close to all amenities (ATM, 7 eleven,... More

I stayed here with a G-adventures tour, we were in Chaing Mai for 2 nights and i couldn't fault the hotel. I'm used to hostels anyway but it looked nice, off the main road down a side road, had plenty of little shops and bars down the same road but not rowdy. You could walk to the centre of town... More

I read the whiners on this place and Hey, it's an inexpensive hotel, centrally located, attentive staff, with a breakfast buffet (if you choose). It's not a 5 star and shouldn't be compared to one. It is clean, great in room shower, and cold beer on site. Yes, it is a bit dark inside, but after a day in bright... More

The hotel is a bargain, but not worth the savings. It is old and poorly maintained. Dripping faucets, loud clunky airconditioners, broken furniture, etc. It is obvious the management doesn't really care,as they cut and paste the same grammatically incorrect response to every review. There is no coffee or hot water service in the rooms and none available in the lobby until... More

We stayed here for a total of three nights over two trips to Chang Mai. Rooms were comfortable but very dark. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was adequate but not inspiring. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was nice with sun loungers etc. Free shuttle to the night market every night was... More

My partner and I stayed at this hotel as part of a group on an excursion and we both enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we had a view of the hills from our balcony. Breakfast, which is included, offered a variety of different tastes. There is a great place round the corner called 'Cozy Café'... More

Awkward small rooms, and the shower seemed in need of updating. Pool area nice, staff friendly enough. Breakfast not great. Stale bread and poor selection of fruit. The wifi was terrible, I don't think they can claim to offer free wifi in the rooms. Great location...near the night market, great coffee shop up the road, laundry across the street. Comfortable... The hotel seems the be a little of center, just outside the Chiang Mai square road. Rooms are good, I had a nice decorated badroom, something else as the usual stuff. There is a nice pool in the back. The stand for my suitcase broke down when I tried to close it, be carefull. 7-Eleven is down the road, about... More

Located just south of the old town, it's very close to the Saturday market. It nice, with a pool and air conditioning. The staff is lovely, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Be aware that there is a lot of coming and going of people as it is a start and finish point of G-Adventures (a tour company). You'll probably... More
