Stayed at this hotel while visiting Chiang Mai as part of our G Adventures tour through Thailand. Have to say this was one of the better hotels included with out G Adventures tour, has a good location close to shops bars and restaurants and also the night food markets. The rooms are spacious and perfectly acceptable considering the cheap price...

Old, tired hotel, in dire need of restoration and a good clean up. Most customers are apparently backpackers so everything is checked and protected from theft. Breakfast is a buffet wich will be savaged bij backpackers if your not early enough. Staff do not hurry to fill up anything, they rather watch soaps on the tv which is in the...

Pleasant enough hotel just off the busy food area of Chiang Mai Gate. Handy for the Saturday street market. Rooms comfortable enough, with aircon and walk in shower. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection of hot and cold food. Service was friendly but a bit unreliable. I reported the safe box in the room not working and...

Older hotel which is just ok. The bathroom was dirty but the room itself was ok.. The front desk staff was also just ok but then the lady working the excursions desk was incredibly rude and actually asleep at her desk. Really, her head was down in her arms on the desk - sleeping. When I asked for help in...

Essentially this place has the potential to be really good, but it's degraded by lack of attention to detail. For example, the pool area is great with a bar and plenty of seating, but on my final day there were no towels and no one staffing the bar. A table between two of the sun beds was still dirty with...

This is one of the older hotels in the area, which you can see. But non the less it is a good hotel, the staff are friendly the rooms are small but clean. Only downside if that it is difficult to adjust the right temperature when having the shower. Which can be of (small) inconvenience to some people. Morning breakfast...

When planning for my accommodations prior to arriving in Chiang Mai, I was unable to obtain another night stay at the end of my tour as the hotel was fully booked. However, to my delight I found another hotel where I had an amazing stay, however you will need to see my other Chiang Mai hotel review to find out...

We were initially excited by the location of this hotel, but when we got to the room we were very disappointed. The hotel is old and that's ok, but our room was very, very dirty. The walls, the door handles, the furniture and the carpet were all very dirty. The bed linens were clean, but the beds were old. Breakfast...

We stayed there for four nights with our 7 year old daughter. It was clean, close to the centre with a clean pool, friendly staff and good breakfast, all you basically want. We would recommend this hotel to our friends, with or without children.

Would very much recommend this hotel. Breakfast was unusually great for Thai hotels of this budget. Good bar. 5 mins from the wall city so ideal location. Staff very polite and helpful. Nice rooms. All for a very reasonable price.
