The hotel is a bargain, but not worth the savings. It is old and poorly maintained. Dripping faucets, loud clunky airconditioners, broken furniture, etc. It is obvious the management doesn't really care,as they cut and paste the same grammatically incorrect response to every review. There is no coffee or hot water service in the rooms and none available in the lobby until... More

We stayed here for a total of three nights over two trips to Chang Mai. Rooms were comfortable but very dark. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was adequate but not inspiring. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was nice with sun loungers etc. Free shuttle to the night market every night was... More

My partner and I stayed at this hotel as part of a group on an excursion and we both enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we had a view of the hills from our balcony. Breakfast, which is included, offered a variety of different tastes. There is a great place round the corner called 'Cozy Café'... More

Awkward small rooms, and the shower seemed in need of updating. Pool area nice, staff friendly enough. Breakfast not great. Stale bread and poor selection of fruit. The wifi was terrible, I don't think they can claim to offer free wifi in the rooms. Great location...near the night market, great coffee shop up the road, laundry across the street. Comfortable... The hotel seems the be a little of center, just outside the Chiang Mai square road. Rooms are good, I had a nice decorated badroom, something else as the usual stuff. There is a nice pool in the back. The stand for my suitcase broke down when I tried to close it, be carefull. 7-Eleven is down the road, about... More

Located just south of the old town, it's very close to the Saturday market. It nice, with a pool and air conditioning. The staff is lovely, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Be aware that there is a lot of coming and going of people as it is a start and finish point of G-Adventures (a tour company). You'll probably... More

I stayed here with my G Adventure co-travelers. The hotel is clean and comfy - such a treat after trekking through the jungle. In front of the hotel, there is also a small business that takes care of your laundry in approx. 24h for approx. 40 baht and a nice massage place right next to it. Breakfast at the hotel... More

The hotel is beautiful, nestle in the middle of everything in Chiang Mai. Maybe less than 2miles from the weekend Market, restaurants, and local bars. I travel to Thailand solo and after a busy 3 days in Bangkok, this was a refreshing change. The room was average with a view of the countryside. Restaurants was international so you could get... Summary - The hotel is legitimately a nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're stopping through Chiang Mai. It's not the closest to the night markets and stuff but it's sufficiently far enough away to avoid constant traffic and close enough to not travel or too long. Pros: location, rooms, pool, facilities Cons: pool times,... More
