Duangtawan is a decent 4 star Hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but its one of the few Hotels that still have smoking floors. The reception staff attitude used to be extremely rude and had such a bad attitude. It was better the last time I stayed there. I hope they keep it that way. Silkair has its office in...

The Duangtawan Hotel has a very nice lounge area restaurant on the first floor which is very quiet and has good food. The menu is mainly Thai Food but other choices are possible. It is in a great location near the Night Bazaar.

It was a family trip in end January and we had to book into a hotel that allows for multiple room bookings. Stayed 5nights with them at about 10,000 baht. Also arranged with them for 2-way airport transfer for 18 of us. The airport transfer comes with a fee. Location is in the midst of all the big scale hotels....

Overall room are ok. This time i...

We have been going to this hotel for four years and staying for six weeks each time so it has become a home from home. Granted, it is an older hotel with character, but over the time we have stayed there, we have seen renovations and improvements being made and these are on going. We have always found our room...

The location is great and just around the corner from the night bazaar. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness center (older equipment but works well). Unfortunately this is where the positives end. For the price of this room (around $50 -60 USD) we expected a clean but basic room. We had stayed here 5 years ago and can see...

The hotel is too old... Dirty in room. Not too mention the receptionist staff were unfriendly at all. Process check in and check out took long time even though there is no other guest. The bed was so hard.. and the twin bed are very tiny and the mattrass very hard. Poor bed, poor room, only good location.
