We arrived early and it was no problem to check in. Staff was very helpful.
Wifi very bad, toilet didnt flush well, hotel desperately needs to be renewed. Very noisy, we could hear neighbours talk.

Hotel is grubby, dirty with stained carpets, upholstery & furnishings. Cracked sink in bathroom. Breakfast cleared before time! Very limited choice. Some staff not usual friendly Thai personnel - need on the job training. Thank goodness we shortened our stay & leaving pdq!
