Not very sure how to start this review, as it's the third time I'm trying to post it and trip advisor doesn't accept it or doesn't want to publish it. Paid 5 nights to sleep there and I had to leave in the middle of the first night due to the smell of the room, the noise from the close... More

last decorated years ago, this is however a great budget hotel, given it has an excellent swimming pool, which in a landlocked city is great, the cafe restaurant is also very good. excellent location in soi 1. ten minutes from Tapae gate. rooms are adequate, cleaned daily, some fans some with Ac/ wifi free throughout.

I've been backpacking on vacations for over 30 years and don't have high expectations and in all my years I've never before experienced such a terrible attitude from any owners. Overpriced, dirty rooms, no hot water (they told me they had solar panels that heated the water but what they meant was the water is only warm when the sun... More

Have stayed there before like the location but rooms need to be upgraded a bit, also price has gone up since last visit but I would stay there again for the location. The pool is also a nice plus for the price.

Yes it needs overhauling and painting, a few extra cleaning staff would help as the staff are overworked. However for the price of small guest houses without a restaurant and pool you cant go wrong. Just dont judge it by 3 or four star standards. in a place like chaing mai, where you are going to be out and about... More

I booked this hotel as it had a swimming pool which was the main criteria for us relaxing for a few days in Chiang Mai. We arrived and were greeted by extremely rude staff. We were shown to our room that was absolutely filthy, cigarette burns on the bed, dirty everything, cracked and VERY broken sink (held together with tape)... More

My booking was handled professionally by a young lady whose English was good. The cafe, it seems to be leased out to a Scandinavian fellow, but food was ok. The pool was closed, heavily highlighted in their web site, because of 'problem'. The pool is closed until May , and the cafe has also closed fot this time. Room was... More

The hotel needs a total overhaul. The room was disgusting, i asked 3 days in a row for it to be cleaned and have fresh bedding and towels and on the 4th day it was finally done! The swimming pool was unusable which didn't help as it was 40 plus degrees! I would not recommend this guest house and wouldn't... More
