We spent 3 nights in total before and after the Mae Hong Son loop. Impossible to get a discount while it is Covid time and there are no tourist, plus it is rainy season so the pool is useless and there is no hot water to shower during rainy days (solar system and it is 12 degrees outside !). The cleaning is really bad, hair on the floor, mold in the walls and bedbugs on our 2nd room. We asked to be refunded for the last night nightmare, the lady didn't give a f**k. Once they get paid, anything that can happen is not their problem anymore. AVOID THIS PLACE, you can find a much better one in Chiang Mai for a better price.

It's a bed for the night. There are lots of restaurants and bars close by. The fridge switches off when the key fob controlling the electricity is removed i.e. whenever you leave the room. The rooms are old, tatty and poorly maintained. The cleaner appears to wield power over the hotel's organisation.

We stayed here 8 nights! Spacious rooms with balcony/terrace. Receptionist woman was super nice and cheap tours are offered here compared to other places. Food is nice and decently priced and is the perfect location in the city within walking distance to all the main sights and restaurants etc. Only negative is that the pool Is a little over chlorinated otherwise excellent place and would stay again

Good location, helpful staff and ok restaurant. Pool is nice. Easy walk to everything you could really want Hotel itself is tired and bit rough round the edges. We had fan only room which was adequate. Paid peanuts for their standard room which suited our budget - the rating reflects that. Bathroom does the job and a few ants wandering never hurt anyone.

Great location for restaurants, walking streets. Offered vegan options at their own reataurant, swimming pool. It was the room that let it down, quite dark, hot water took ages to come through, one blanket on the beds were over worn and holey and quite cringy to touch, why they can't fork out for decent bed ware who knows but it was way below par.
