Had a great stay at Nimman Boutique Resort. The front desk and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but wish they had more to choose from. It consist of four choices from American style to Thai. The rooms were comfy and the area of the hotel was in a perfect location. Lots of good food... More

This hotel is walking distance to Nimman Road and is near a lot of good restaurants. I stayed about a week here when I first arrived in Chiang Mai while searching for apartments. Off season rates are 690THB Sunday through Thursday and 790THB on Friday and Saturday, which is a good value for this popular area. Good daily maid service,... More

Free breakfast with stay which was cool, but servings were kind of small. Cheap room service available and grounds were nice. Hotel is located close to to town, but far enough away for a good night's sleep. The ladies at reception were very very nice, anytime we wanted to book an activity or make a dinner reservation they were very... More

Nimman Resort is the perfect spot to use as your base for exploring this area of Chiang Mai. There are scores of coffee houses, bars, and restaurants within easy walking distance, yet our room was quiet and clean. Don't expect a typical American hot shower (though with the usual heat and humidity in Thailand, I didn't find this to be... More

This is a nice, simple place to stay for a couple of nights. It is a really quiet location away from Nimman Road noise but close enough to walk around and enjoy all the shops, cafes, and bars. Great price for location. The room was clean and staff friendly. Way better than staying in Old City if you want a... More

Beautiful guesthouse, rooms are clean, place is relaxing, calm, no noise and air conditionning in the room. Well located with a very good japanese restaurant the next street (sushi umai) and some nice bars around to have some drinks. However the girl at the reception was not really friendly or helpful.

Good location. Cheap. However, it just didn't do it for me. The towels are very very old, they are thin, torn and no longer white. Sheets and bedding are not very clean. I'm not sure they are washed properly. Something smells weird either the air con or the bed. I dont think they clean properly here since the reception room... More

Hotel is in Nimman soi 17. Only 5 mins walk from road. Many pubs and restaurant for nightlife addicted at the end of street which is very closed to hotel.Staff is welcome. No ABF included. No elevator but room is nice and clean. Very cheap compared to nearby hotel in the area.

I stay one night in this hotel. It is reasonable budget hotel with no frill. The location is very good in Nimmanhemin area, where hip things happen. There is no breakfast or restaurant for service, but it is not a problem, since there are food everywhere nearby. Free wi-fi and parking are added value for the price. A small garden... More

Hotel is reasonably priced. Stayed in 2 different rooms over 2 nights. Both well presented and clean. Aircon is brilliant... Ice cold! Staff more than helpful And only a 5 minute Tuk Tuk to city chiang mai city centre. Would recommend Johnny.
