The only thing that made this hotel worth while was the pool and outdoor garden area. I could stay out there all day and they have a small but good menu outside. This hotel is really outdated. The AC doesn't go below 25 C (?) in the room. The rooms stay stuffy and don't have good circulation even with the...

I know some swimmingpools in Chiang Mai, this is one of the best. 150 Thb, good beds and towel, shade and sun, as you want. The best time for swimming until 2 p.m., the pool is empty. You can find the entrence of the hotel through the Kad Suan Kaew plaza. The pool is on the 7th floor.

The hotel has many rooms with big swimming pool and big room, inside the room is old fashion, some amenities not available; shoes, coffee (but kettle available),no bidet faucet. Reasonable price to pay, there is shuttle or taxi service to airport at hotel that's good to not walk to grab by ourself. Location is ok, not far from dining places...

The hotel is out dated, in need of thorough maintanance. The staff at the lobby is continiously looking for excuses for a bad / not working WiFi. Looking for excuses is all they do, while the WiFi problem already existed in 2015. An Elvis impersonator, makes so much noise that a conversation is impossible. The entertainment, which includes this physically...

The hotel is huge, and reminds you a bit of a cruise ship with its architecture. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but all amenities are available and staff is just very thai (super friendly and helpful :)) On the lows, the music on the evening is also old fashioned and could be avoided, but the connection with the mall...
