This place is near Chiang Mai international Convention Hall. It is 15 minutes from the airport. Not expensive. The room is dark and decorate in cement style. The water is so weak. Its elevator is so slow. We can stay 3 persons in one room and pay for additional towel and blanket. Overall is ok for business trip.

Stayed here for a few nights. The hotel is fairly new with an interesting concrete decor, that works. Rooms were nice and clean. The service here is below average though, the staff promised to swap rooms with a double bed but then gave the room to someone else. The neighbour restaurant Nong Fook can be noisy, and you can hear... More

We came one day earlier to the hotel to book a taxi to the airport, as this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. They wanted 300Baht, which was expensive normally it is 200Baht, but we thought its hard to get a Taxi there, so better book one. We gave 100Baht deposit. On the next day we came 10min earlier,... Although it was listed as a budget amd boutique hotel, the size of the room was rather astonishing. Plenty of space and very spacious for two indeed. There wasn't much of a view on offer and it wasn't centrally located. There's a restaurant pub directly opposite or beside the hotel but you will have to travel a bit in order... More

Really liked the room. Quite spacious. My two primary issues were the fact that there was only 1 English TV Channel, and the wifi was terrible. No reason not to have better TV programming. Internet did not seem to have enough power or speed. They could do better than this. Room was great, if you do not mind being far... More

The rooms are a very good size and are cleaned everyday without fail. I stayed for 10 nights and felt it was worth every penny. The décor may not be to everyone's taste as they have little light, dark furnishings and the walls and ceilings are not painted in every room having bare concrete instead (looks good though). The location... More

Pro: Big spacious room, surprisingly clean, great mountain top view, really quiet, friendly staff, price was awesome. Cons: As the other reviewer stated, it is really far from everything. It's really a 15 min drive in but for Chaing Mai that's really far. The room AC only works if you're in it with the key card, so expect to come... More
