I am lucky when I checked in, the room is ok and clean. Yeah, there are dust here and there but it is not that excessive but seriously, they need to clean those ciggie butts. We stay here because its near the airport and we wouldnt want to travel too far on our way to airport. The pool is small... More

Stayed here for 2 days as a stopover and couldn't wait to leave the room was awful the roof leaked the jacuzzi didn't work as it didn't fill up and was dirty . The outside toilet was an experience as you had to open the door from your room to shield you otherwise you can be seen which then lets... More

We booked this hotel for our last night in Chiang Mai as it was closed to the airport and the photos looked charming. Nothing further from the truth. The room was just dirty, dust everywhere and my kid found a Smirnoff lid under the table, from the previous guest or several guests before, God knows... I was looking forward to... More

Well when you eventually find the hotel you park in an unlit death trap they call a car park. You then get to reception which looks quite nice to have a young boy try and check you in which takes a long time. Up to the 'Signature Suite' well then the fun begins. The room was thick with dust not... More

Beautiful hotel with superb facilities and the cool pool was amazing in the heat. Tours aplenty so not much hotel time but service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. Transfers very easy and politeness was lovely. Definitely recommend

Hotel as such is very nice - located in an old, ancient style buidling. Poor area, but there are free shuttles to the old city. We had a 20.000THB reservation for a 4 person room, but were charged 6000 extra for a mattress on the floor for our yungest

Sweet boutique hotel that is good enough for a short stay or while you are in transit. Basic breakfast is included in most rates. The rooms are huge and well decorated with local fittings and you feel like you are in a traditional royal thai household.. was quite surprised to see this kind of decor for such a low price... From booking private cars, advising on local festivals (Chiangmai flower festival and Chinese New Year and its meaning and traditions), and the best way to do whatever you want in Chiangmai the Concierge Guy Phornthep made a pleasant stay, absolutely wonderful, complete with the local Chiangmai experience. Staying recently for a week at Singha Montra, we loved the authentic Thai... More

We spent 3 nights here in January - 2 adults and 2 kids.. The family suite was perfect for us. The hotel picked us up from airport for free and we were checked in without problem.. And return drop to airport is free as well.. The hotel itself is an old style building and rooms and decor are tastefully furnished.... More
