Situated on a road which is quiet yet rammed with great restaurants and cute coffee shops it's an ideal location. Rooms are a little dated but massive, clean (very) and air-conditioning that brings the temperature down to comfortable if not freezing. Breakfast isn't special but perfectly good to launch the day and leave some space for the amazing food available... More

Comfortable guesthouse with air - con rooms and ensuite bathrooms. It is a 3 storey block of hotel rooms and like most places in Chiang Mai there is no lift. When I booked , I requested "no stairs" and the Guesthouse did take note. We were given a ground floor twin bedded room. It is clean throughout. Our booking included... More

We stayed here 6 nights. What a great little place. Spacious rooms, very clean. Staff were so helpful & friendly. Fantastic location, Sunday markets nearly at the doorstep. Lots of restaurants & bars & 7/11 close by. Breakfast included, fantastic choice of breakfast foods. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Organising tours or taxis. Will definitely stay here... More

I can't write too much as we were only there one night and were up at 4am to catch a flight. Rooms are clean, bed a little hard. Requested an extra pillow for my partner which appeared immediately. Staff seemed nice enough and arranged a driver to take us to the airport the next morning. It's pretty quiet which is... More

Big rooms with a massive bed (although we did find it a bit hard but that seems to be the norm in Thailand). Excellent central location about 5 min walk to the walking night market. Friendly staff who were very helpful with organising us a an early morning taxi to the airport. Would recommend staying here.

No complaints. We were here for 2 nights and it was pleasant. Room was airy, big. Very clean. Bathroom/shower was spacious. Everything worked:, TV, WiFi, air. Bed was comfy. No elevator. Be prepared to carry your bags. The main bonus is proximity to everything. Walking distance to night market, restaurants, cafes. Situated in alley among other alleys or narrow streets.... More

This hotel was very interesting! And probably not in a good way! It's down an alley way, which isn't a bad thing, except when you want tuk-tuk drivers to drop you off & they won't go down there - you have to walk with your shopping! The location was good though, close to the moat & restaurants and a short... More

An email request for a twin low floor room was greatfully honoured (my uncle is 75). Location is 200 yards from the east gate of old town, just down a lane off a main road. Check in required a 500 baht deposit returned on check out.... was lucky to meet the owner on check in who was nearby. The room... More
