An interesting museum-style hotel right next to a canal. Keep the windows closed due to mosquitoes. Nice people but the room was a little run down. Had to turn the water off at the mains when not using it as everything leaked.

We had an AC room on the ground floor that had a bad smell and some mosquitos when entering. It wasn't very comfortable to stay there. I think the rooms on the upper floors are better. The cheap price and the good location partially made up for it. A 10 minutes walk to the west gets you to the old...

The location of the Tapae Inn Hotel is excellent. The Night Bazaar is about 2 blocks away in one direction and is booming. Walk a little ways in the other direction and find another little gem down one of the side streets. The staff is VERY helpful and pleasant. I really appreciate the fact that they hold on to the...

This is a basic hotel with an affordable rate. We stayed at this hotel twice. The first room was very nice, freshly grouted bathroom but the second room we got had a very mouldy bathroom, really needs regrouting. Otherwise, a good location. Friendly staff.

I stayed here for one night while bouncing around places. It's super cheap. Rooms are very old and not that clean. The inside of the building is super cool...a ton of old collectables and interesting things to look at. It's hard to beat the price and you get what you pay for. Good for a quick nights rest on a...

Location of this hotel was great, right on a main street with the main gate a short walk away. The staff were super helpful and always there to answer questions or assist with enquiries. WiFi was also reliable. The room had everything you need although the toilet and shower were directly connected to the main room with no extraction fan...

This place doesn't fall into any category I can find... it's not a bad place just.... odd. It's cheap and essentially cheap, As many reviewer's have mentioned it's like waking up in the 50s the place is full to the brim of antiquities. It located a short distance from the old city so location is great. Now for the rooms.......

This place is quirky and incredibly affordable. Price for fan room 280 baht with tv, private bathroom, warm shower and window. Great location. The biggest downfall is the bed. The hardest I've ever slept on- however, I'm on a budget so it really was worth it. Antiques and cool collections, friendly and fun staff, cute dog named ruby. Just your...

stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel is located near the night market so it is very accessible if you want to go around the old town of chiang mai. The place is clean even it is old. Really like the rustic 70s theme with bunch of posters. Unfortunately, the bed is hard to sleep in.

Pros: - Located near the Warorot market and great neighbourhood to buy items and groceries. - Barely 10min from Le Meridien Hotel, close by to night bazaar. Excellent location! - Owners nice and sincere about helping you if you encounter any issues, which I experienced when I had a problem with the WIFI. Owners also willing to help flag transport...
