The best thing, and one could say the only thing this complex has going for it is its location, Apart from this benefit it is hard to recommend the complex. We stayed in a two bedroom condo for six months and could not wait to get out even after losing our three months security deposit! There was no way they... More

We stayed here for about 6 months from late 2015 to early 2016 and I can't say we would stay here again. The internet kept going down when we were using it for something very important, our neighbour thought it was a good idea to have his TV on loud at 2am yet when we were skyping in the middle... Rude reception.Unprofessional.5500 thb electric bill for only 10 hours a day usage.Fecal smell constantly wafting through the drainage.Avoid.Chiangmai is better than places like this. Not the Chiang mai graciousness most travellers are looking for.

This is a good property and I have reviewed It positively before. Now the good work is being eroded by poor pool maintenance. Opening the pool to outside customers has no doubt increased profits but increased use means increased maintenance and this has not happened. Shame

We stayed twice at Green Hill, both times in the bldg 2. The reason we selected this apartment complex is its location – away from the touristy Old City, close to the Maya Shopping center, and the territory – lots of green trees, flowers, the pool, gym, café, laundry shop, little convenience store, and the air…you can feel the freshness... Was looking for somewhere quiet in a good location at a reasonable room rate and this ticked all the boxes. Shown around blocks 2 and 3 and chose block 3 which was a bit more expensive but the room seemed to be in better order - less used - with complete kitchenette within the room rather than outside on the... I stayed one month in Green Hill, was willing to pay more for a good service quality, what a disappointment. Not just the monthly rate is way over the regular prices around, for everything you plan to do there you will pay 2x more than any other place around. The staff, usually two people behind the desk playing videogames is... More

+ Beautiful pool area with little gym and café give GH a great social vibe. + Best location in CM + Good desks with overhead lights in all rooms are great for reading. - Single desk chair was the only seat in room (a small table and chair set on the balcony would be great) - Pool/gym closing at 8pm... I lived here for over one year. All was good until numbers started to drop - they lie about occupancy rates. The electricity is metered inside the units / condo and is charged at what they tell you is 1 baht more than they are charged by the Government. THEY LIE and how do I know? because one of the...
