I stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful, lovely, charming and clean hotel. It feels like home! The aroma of cleanliness welcomes me as soon as I get into the lobby. It’s tiny, but it has everything you need: good wifi, a kettle, toiletries, clean and new towels and comfy bed and pillows. Shower is very hot and it’s the best! I like my showers almost scorching and I’m loving it! I’d come back and stay at the same place for sure!

We stayed 2 nights there and honestly, the hotel is great, staff is super nice and helpful, the breakfast is good and it’s located in the square center of Chiang Mai. I would definitely recommend it and go back to this hotel the next time I’ll visit Chiang Mai !

The driver took a while to find the hotel as it's located behind a row of houses of the main road. it's just a short walk thru a narrow road. Hotel is new , its more like a private bungalow than a hotel. Service is good & attentive. The reception staff are very helpful with my enquiries and even help me to book the grab car when I wanted to go sightseeing. Room is comfortable, reasonable size & clean. Breakfast come with a few choices in the set menu, but for big eater you may find the portion not enough. For those wanted a swimming pool , do take note as its at their other branch hotel.

We spent here six nights. The rooms are quite good but the walls quite thin so you can hear everything. Too many chinese, usually noisy. If you leave early in the morning they dont offer you even a sandwich. The staff speaks little english. The breakfast is quite basic.

This place may look small however the reception given and overall cleanliness supersedes everything else. Reception Yok and Yo-yo go beyond there call of duty to keep the place up to date. We had two rooms which was well kept clean and neat, bar was free and replenished daily. Breakfast was scrumptious daily. Well coordinated and run hotel. Many eating places and massage places walking distance to hotel. Easy to rent bike from near by shops , and numerous vans which goes to bazaars etc at 30B / person. Temples nearby too.
