A very friendly and homely hotel where the reception team soon get to recognise you. We stayed just three nights and found it met our needs. The air conditioning unit was a little noisy, and there wasn't much choice for breakfast and no explanation about other options available, but for the price we paid we can't complain. We made use...

What great place to stay. Central to old town. Great helpful friendly staff. Rooms excellent. Walk to walking market. Breakfast was really, have to ask for eggs to be cooked. Free massage for us. Not sure why. We stayef for five days and enjoyed every day. Hot water a bit iffy.

a comfortable, very well located smaller resort in the heart of old town. Good breakfast buffet and very good restaurant at reasonable price. Staff was ver helpfull, i.a. as we wished to not only visit the town, but also to follow a bikerace in the neighbourhood. Very nice experience.

We used the Rim Resort as a base to explore Chiang Mai and its temples. The staff were all amazing. Very helpful and would book things for us as required. The resort has good character and looked traditional. The pool was a key reason we chose this hotel. All rooms have a view of the central courtyard and pool area....

The rooms are spotless, the service is exceptional and for this comfort and location, the price is right. The restaurant at the hotel is very good. Situated inside the old walls of the city, there is lots to do and see with short walks. Food is cheap and tasty from the street vendors that are everywhere.

Our family of four stayed at The Rim for 5 days. Our two girls at 8 and 11 fitted well into one of the luxury rooms with an extra bed added. The place is small and charming - it's more like a small family hotel than what I'd call a resort. Lovely decoration with a great attention to details. Rooms...

We recently visited with our little girl (5 years old) and we had an amazing time. The staff were all very polite and eager to assist with anything that we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean and well presented. The pool is not very deep but perfectly useable and our little girl and other children were happy to play in...

We loved this place. From the moment we arrived they made feel as though we were at home. It was big enough to have all the facilities that you would like and small enough to still feel intimate. All of the staff members were helpful and friendly. The gave advice and maps, helped with directions and offered suggestions. The buildings...

very good location, great little breakfast is included. coffee was just espresso shots, so very strong. we paid about 90usd for a room with a big king bed. The bathroom was a little older but it was still nice. Staff was extremely helpful and polite.

We stayed 3 nights at the Rim. The room was amazing and beautifully decorated / the largest we came across for the price in Chaing Mai. The pool was very nice and the work out room small but absolutely clean and with a cool upper deck view looking out over the resort. The staff was very accommodating. It's right on...
