The place is set in a quiet area of town, far from the noise of the city, yet easily and cheaply accessible. The open areas are very nice, the pool looked clean. However the rooms are different than what appears on photos - the shower being the worst. The room was altogether clean but still not worth the money, when...

Even though this resort could do with some investment funds to spruce it up, it is still a unique place to stay. The rooms are a good size, the grounds are not busy and it is relaxing to swim or sit by the clean pool, or sit in the sala having a coffee or drinks. It is only a 15...

This resort is tucked away on a side road in the Haiya section of the city. An old traditional style resort with restaurant, pool, and gardens, that accepts pets. We are staying for 2 months and are having a wonderful time. The staff is friendly and professional. We can walk to most areas of Chiang Mai, including the Night Bazaar,...

We made good experience with the staff. They try to do their best, however the place needs urgent refubishment. The garden and pool could be a perfect place. The changing area is however in a very bad shape. Still the pool is charming and the water seems to be clean. Rooms are as good as possible. We staid quite comfortable...

We stayed twice tor studiyng at the Thai Massage school, one month both times, the best room are those facing the garden. Beautiful wood interiors. The pool in the garden is small but ok. They give discount for long staying. A lot of shops around, but off the central town. We had a great time there.

We definitely felt let down by this resort! I thought it suspect when we checked in and was notified immediately via booking.com that my booking had been cancelled - as actioned by the lady checking us in. When we paid in full as we checked in my suspicions grew! We were shown to our room which was very basic. The...

Luckily we didn't experience any of the negative things mentioned in the reviews below! We booked through booking.com who rates this at 8/10 based on the reviews on there?! How can it only score 2/5 on TA?! It was okay, having spent a week in the jungle at elephant nature week, we wanted to treat ourselves to a decent room...

We booked via booking.com for 7 nights in mid Dec 2015 but left after 2... We checked in and were immediately asked to pay in full - even though there is no mention of this requirement on booking.com (like there is for other hotels). Thank god we didn't have the cash on us, as we would never have got it...

This is my second trip to Chiang Mai. The place I stayed my first trip was already full (we are approaching the Chinese New Year) and there was not a lot available but we chose the Baan Thai. Well, we win some and lose some. Put this one in the "loss" column. We stayed in the room with a double...
