I give this five stars because it is a very clean place to stay for a longer period of time. Accommodations are simple, so do not expect 5 star hotel (but for the price, that should be obvious!). The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to needs. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The woman who runs the place was the sweetest, loveliest, most helpful person we encountered in Thailand. She gave us great recommendations on food, did our washing done cheap, told us where to go and how to get there, and when we asked about a particular Thai cooking class (not one that their hotel is associated with), she immediately offered...

We stayed for a week and we loved it. It's on a side street so there isn't much traffic (thank god because when there is you definitely hear it). It's close to a lot of sights, restaurants, and around the corner is a hub of bars where a lot of backpackers congregate at night. The location is great, but old...

I booked this guesthouse on the train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and was not disappointed. The guesthouse was in the center of the Old City, far enough away from the nighttime noise but still only a half block to the bars, restaurants, motorbikes, wars, etc..The room was clean upon arrival (we arrived at 10PM) and was cleaned each morning....

My friend and I booked a couple nights here and immediately walked out. We were first taken to a room and their window's did not lock OR shut and there was also no safety box. They proceeded to show us to 3 different rooms with the same problem. As women travelers, we did not feel safe with the windows wide...

We arrived on the evening train and arrived at the hotel late at night. When I realized I had left my passport on the train, the nice lady who owns the hotel immediately drove me back to the train station. She waited while I searched for my passport. I was lucky that the train had not left. It wasn't so...

My friend and I booked one night here, just to have a place to sleep for our first night in Chiang Mai. It was so satisfactory that we ended up staying here for 6 nights! The AC and WiFi work great, the room is big, clean and spacy (cleaned daily!), and the owners are very helpful and kind. The rooms...

The location is located in the old city and not far from Thapae Gate. We were very happy to come back at this place, so happy that we made a reservation 3 month before we arrived. We had the same room where we stayed 2 years ago. This place make us feel like home, comfortable and totally relax. Nice service,...

The hotel is very well run by 3 sisters sweet and helpful. Located in old city not far from Thapae Gate. It is on a quiet street and is super convenient to everything but serenely quiet. the room was large and spotless. I recommend staying here while visiting Chiang Mai.

We pretty much checked in and checked out. A huge dead cockroach in one corner, dirty bathrooms and beds hard as floor, sheets really stained. I've been to many places in S.E.A but hell no to this. I even took an over night train and it was cleaner then this. I don't care how nice the ladies are. They knew...
