We encountered a very difficult moment and was forced to cancel the chiang mai trip. Hotel was very humanistic to allow flexible for changes and staffs were extremely nice and helpful. We highly recommended the hotel and we must go back to the hotel again next time when we go to chiang mai!

We stayed for 4 nights in one of the villas. After booking I received email requesting our arrival details, so that complimentary airport pickup could be arrange. The check in process was excellent. We were asked to take a seat near an indoor Koi pond. very relaxing. Handed our passports to a staff right there. She then came back with a small registration form and the room keys. Impressively efficient. The room itself was massive. The largest double bed I have ever seen. Amenities were good, just wish they would go for a bit more environment friendly options. Fantastic large tub. Then a bit of drama started. Went to the nice pool to take a refreshing dip. There are far too few sunbeds available. In all four days we never managed to find even one empty. The service at the pool was equally disappointing. First Day I asked for a beer, and was offered Singha or Heineken, both not really my preferred choices, but I could make do with a Singha. Anyway I asked if any draft is available, and was told that the have a Special on Chang draft beer, buy two get 3. I didn't really want that many, but decided to order it anyways, as I prefer the brand and draft. After 15 Minutes the waiter reappeared, just to let me know that they were out. (that is after recommending it!) I then switched to a can of Singha. another 10 Minutes or so later, I finally got a beer. Waiting half an hour for a cold beverage is NOT ok. Similar repeated itself at the pool bar for all days. We opted twice to have dinner at the hotels' buffet restaurant. This as much better than expected. Nice variety of food and very reasonable priced. One evening we would have opted for the Italian restaurant, but after checking the menu we found that the choices were a bit underwhelming, so we decided against it. The Hotel did a great job arranging for transports etc. Housekeeping was a hit and miss. The first evening we received a turn down service, with some sweets left on the pillows. This was a one time only, even though we vacated our rooms during dinner times each evening. I would not have missed it, would it not have been provided at all. But since it was done the first need I expected it and my expectations were not met. The room was superficially clean. However I dropped something on the floor that ended up under the night stand and when I picked it up I found enormous amounts of dust and dirt underneath. A word of caution for all smokers; this Hotel is definitely NON-smoking. There is merely one area in front that is frankly uninviting and dirty. Staff were generally courteous and very friendly. Overall we had a good time, despite the little hiccups. Location requires one to take transport when leaving the Hotel. There are no shopping or dining options worthwhile in walking distance. No problem for us though, we knew that.

Everything is so cool , excellent service ,every officers have service mind. They are keep Thai traditional such as clothes , building , decorations , everywhere feel Thai lanna. There are delicious food and have international buffet for dinner. It's cheap more.

Chiang Mai itself was disappointing and very touristy and with few things to recoomend it. We stayed for 5 days and were so glad we chose this resort. The suite overlooking the rice field and cafe was excellent; spacious, new; clean with great amenities. The biggest king bed ive ever seen. The grounds are very good with lots of greenery and the pool is superb. The happy hour bar by the pool was good and we ate ther most nights and the menu was good, with Thai or western options. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. We didnt have the evening buffet but it looked very good. The gym was quite good. The spa was excellent. We enjoyed the free 15 minute massages in the foyer too! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the app they gave us a number of times and this was responded to promptly with the added benefit of automatic translation. This was an excellent hotel in a good location and I would highly recommend it for couples, business or families. Note: speak to the hotel about construction on one side of the resort: it did not affect us at all. They do have a lot of people cme in for the lunches, they are local so it must be quite good. If you think this is an issue get room service or choose the a la carte, or eat in Chiang Mai.

I like the hotel and the gardens are gorgeous. The staff are great and the SPA was excellent. Buffet breakfast is ok not the best, buffet dinner not worth it. The food in the Thai cafe in the grounds however was superb. Plunge Pool Access~ BIGGEST COMPLAINT~ they turn the jets on early every morning so no relaxing lazy start to the day, 6.10/ 6.40/ 6.50 AM. The jets are crazy noisy. Not a plunge pool~ really just concrete bed to lie on with the aforementioned jacuzzi jets
