I have stayed here several times not by choice. The front desk has the most unfriendly and unhelpful receptionists I have ever met in Thailand. Chiang Mai is famous for its warm northern hospitality, but it does not exist in this hotel. This property is built like a condominium complex. The main corridors are not air conditioned and dim with...

I was pleasantly surprised to find this Hotel much better than some reviewers led me to believe and only chose it because of the price and location. Yes it is dated but the rooms are huge and comfortable and my spa bath did work. I had a great view of the mountains and the 2 pools to myself. It was...

I went to Chiang Mai. During the winter. I stayed at Furama Hotel. It is a great hotel. The room arelarge, bed are comfortable and clean. The bathroom are clean and shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryer provided. Doi Sutep visitble in the distance. The top floor offers food and music too. Chiang Mai 360 -degree view of the atmosphere seems...

The hotel was not at all what we expected. The rooms were old and musty although clean. Very basic overall and not worth the cost considering all of the many options in Chiang Mai. It was also 15-20 minutes from the main downtown area so far to come home in the evenings.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights on our anniversary. We weren't disappointed at all in the room! Our superior room was huge with a little kitchen and a fridge, bathroom had a working jacuzzi tub although it was quite small. The room was a little outdated and the bathroom shower had soap scum covering the glass and...

The rooftop bar was fun and provided nice views of the city, the lobby was fine & breakfast was OK. The rooms are tired, but average for a mid-price Asian hotel. If you are looking for something nice, it would try something else.

Pros: 1. The ambiance is great, upon entering the hotel you can smell the aroma of Thai Cuisine since the dinning hall is next to the lobby, 2. The staffs are very welcoming. 3. I stayed on a Superior room, and I find the interior design of the room fascinating. 4. The housekeepers kept my room clean, and even if...

I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a good nights rest. The roof top bar and restaurant plays extremely loud music with heavy bass past 11pm at night. You can hear a constant pounding from the music from your room making it very difficult to sleep. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that would be...
