If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Wouldn't pay 50 bath to stay here. The photos are from the place next door, so the rooms look nothing like the luxurious ones in the photo. Instead they are rock hard. We got "upgraded" to what seems like an even worse room. A single sized bunk bed pushed against... More

We ended up staying here after a bad run in with a previous hostel, and were so relived when we found graces boutique! We had found it on booking.com and walked down to have a look, ( although we got caught up with a 'friendly' thai man by the temple who brought us to the hotel so we ended up... More

I stayed in this place for only a few hours then i found something much better for the same price. The room was very dark, small and stinky. Bed was extremely hard and bathroom door was broken. There are a lot of nicer places than this one!

We stayed here for one night, then booked 3 more nights for when we came back after our weeks hard work with elephants. The room was clean, only a few ants in the bathroom, cool from the AC, came with a TV and fresh towels. All we need when travelling Asia, much nicer than some cheap places we have stayed,... More

This hotel was overall a good value, especially for location. The room was pretty dark and a little depressing, to be honest. The walls were painted all different shades and they weren't in the best condition (but who cares about paint, really?). The bathroom was tiny and there was no way to adjust the shower nozzle so that it pointed... More

I originally booked 2 nights but ended up staying 5. The hotel is lovely, rooms cleaned every day, helpful staff and location is perfect to explore chiang mai. As a solo female traveller I felt safe walking to and from the hotel at all times. Pool is at thapae loft, the sister hotel next door with free towels provided from... More

Stayed here for 5 nights and thought this place was fine.Booked this place in a hurry and didn't look at any reviews,After seeing a few dodgy reviews I was worried about how my room was going to be.I need not have worried,it was totally fine. The only complaint about the room I could have was a dirty mark on the wall... This place must have had a face lift as it's completely different to the photos I have seen. Lovely, clean new pool. Big, comfortable beds which are also very clean and a spacious bathroom. The staff are attentive and they have a decently priced bar and restaurant. It's centrally located and I would recommend staying here. There is Grace's Boutique... More

Our taxi driver was unsure of the location, so called the hotel many times, receiving no answer. Fortunately (or perhaps unfortunately for us) he found the hotel and dropped us off. Upon arrival we were relieved we had booked only one night and immediately knew we would be looking elsewhere for accommodation. The room was shabby, damp, smelly, and offered... More

Nice little place to stay. Picked up and dropped off at the airport for free. Room was compact but everything you need, clean and air con worked well. Staff were pleasant and you can use the swimming pool next door for free. Good location in the middle of town.
