The rooms here are basic and small but are clean and for the price the location is excellent. The mattress is very hard but you find this in a lot of cheaper places in Asia. The best part of this hotel is definitely the facilities that you have use of. The pool and VW Camper bar are a great place... More

Although the location is very central and the room quite sufficient for our needs, the mattress was broken and noisy that really makes some difficult to sleep. I've been to many hostels and guest house where the mattress was ok but this is another story. Moreover, the electricity plugs was quite bad I couldn't use them properly the charger keep... More

Grace is sharing Lobby with a higher end hotel. Sure you get good attitude from the front desk. And the pool belongs to the Higher end hotel and is very nice. However, unlike the 2000 Baht room is the nicer hotel, the 700 Baht rooms in the Grace building are in poor condition. -The biggest issue is the mattress. I can personally... More

So I came from another hotel before staying here. The OTHER one had horrible wifi so I had to leave. I came here and before checking in and paying the lady at the front desk was SO POLITE she let me check and make sure they had amazing wifi connection!! After that everyday I came down to the little courtyard/lobby... More

Great location, it seemed like it was in central location in the Old City. Many restaurants nearby, and a little walk from everything else. Very close to Thapae Gate which is the road to the Night Bazaar. I was a little worried about the uncomfortable beds people kept mentioning, but the beds were fine. They aren't super fluffy, but I... Very nice and helpfull staff Good pool that from the hotel attached to the guesthouse that you can use for free! Wifi everywhere. Beds are hard kind of like campingbeds on a table so that's something to get used to. Clean rooms shower could have a better hook to hang the showerhead of but nice and warm water.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The staff were very helpful with booking an elephant trip and a cooking course. I was also very ill while I was staying and they upgraded us to an air con room for 100 baht more. The location is ideal, right in the centre of the old town and you also get full use... More

We change our previous hostel to stay at this guesthouse for some nights and it was great. We got a room without air condition which was cheaper but it was worth it. Almost in the city center and inside the old city, the place was nice enough. We were here on March 2015

The staff was friendly and helpful, much more so than most places I've stayed in Thailand. Unfortunately, the room was disgusting and completely unsatisfactory for the ~700 baht we paid for one night. It smelled of urine/sewage throughout the night so much that I had to leave the bathroom fan on all night, negating the effect of the already inadequate... More
