Very good and highly recommended. Very clean, staff were great and super helpful even though they had bus load of people coming through every day. The customer service manager was absolutely awesome and organised so many stuff for us during the 5 days we stayed. Also the breakfast buffet was good too. Close enough to everything and everywhere

We stayed here on our family holiday to Thailand while we visited Chiang Mai. We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff very helpful. They don’t speak english very well but really want to understand so with a little patience we got by! Giau was our customer service (her english is excellent) and she could not have been more helpful. She came to speak with us after our first night and when I mentioned the bed was a little hard and the shower head wasn’t working properly she was immediately onto it and fixed any issues that we had very happily. We organised a couple of private tours through the hotel which turned out to be excellent. Food was also great. They have a very asian focussed breakfast with some toast thrown in. We didn’t mind that as we are staying in Thailand after all!! I happily recommend this hotel!

Nice clean room but very poor Wifi . The breakfast buffet is Chinese orientated. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpfull but theorie knowledge of the english language is very poor. Around the corner of the hotel is a local Thai food market.

We stayed at La Mai for 5 days and 4 nights (family of four pax). The friendliness of the staff is impeccable. Makes you feel part of a family! The rooms are well renovated, spacious and clean. There is a market and a 7/11 nearby for any quick buys. Will totally recommend my friends and family to stay here!

As a hotelier who has actually been picky and never expect much on 4 star hotels/resorts, but I miss. Lamai hotel -Chiang Mai is one of the hotel I’m very confident to say it’s a top range of services, location and classic facilities. Like the specious lobby blended with wooden decors and high ceiling, together with a cozy fresh brewed coffee corner where I can chill and work at the same time. The room with very tranquil and beautiful Mae Ping River View which I could experience truly charming of Chiang Mai. The extra mile of the hotel is smiley faces of every staff I met, that’s shown how successful of the management team here. I will be back for sure, thank you Lamai🙏!
