Rooms are ok, bathrooms are ok. Fair price. The location is great. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good, it can be improved.. I have no ide about the pool.. Good trade off between price and value I would recommend

This hotel is very good value for money, especially if you go for the breakfast option as it is a decent spread. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Room service is not available. Our toilet and shower blocked up a couple of times which was a slight inconvenience. There is a pool but it really is tiny and...

We spent 5 nights here, 2 parents with 2 adult children, staying in adjacent rooms, booked by our travel agency. Although it says 3 stars, We personally feel it to be a reaching 2. As said before it looks good at first sight. It's trendy and all, beds are fine and supplies like towels and bathroom luxuries are present but...

We had nothing but a bad experience at this hotel. Just a good job the location was good so we could get out of the hotel for as long as possible. The staff were not friendly at all, took us up into our room and didn't say anything to us at all. Gave us no information, we didn't know where...

We recently stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are a good size with a huge bathroom and small balcony. The breakfast on the roof every morning was beautiful with a choice of asian or western food. The hotel was very central and within walking distance to all the markets and lots of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and...

I stayed here for eight days and it is very central to everything. It is not 5 star but considering that I stayed in PULLMAN Hotel G in Silom prior in executive suite I still enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works well, the staff are friendly. The shower however did not have much water...

This 3 star hotel was ideal close to Chinatown, Night Bazaar and within walking distance to the Sunday markets - the biggest market I have ever seen. The staff were friendly and helpful as much as they could. Their English wasn't wonderful but we got there most of the time. It was a concern on our last night as we...

From the moment of arrival the staff were so welcoming and could not do enough to assist in any matter required. Breaky on the roof was lovely and the beds comfortable. The hotel is very inexpensive and central to everything.

Got a good deal on this. The centre of Chang Mai is about ten minutes away walking. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming couldn't do enough for us. Very helpful. Rooms were clean and well made. Only downside was the air conditioning wasn't brilliant but we were ok with that. It's not the Ritz, but you get what you pay...

Me and my friend spend 2 days in chiangmai. The hotel is nice for what you paid the rooms are small and not very clean. The breakfast are good and you have a nice view of the top of the hotel on chiangmai. Is close to the "center " city so you dont need taxi, tuk-tuk ipd 🙂enyou
