We were greeted at the airport for our complimentary shuttle pickup. It was a brief 10 minute drive from the airport when we turned off of a very urban road. I thought "this can't be right." I was quite surprised when we turned into a beautiful green oasis.

The property is beautifully landscaped, with lots of tall old growth trees that make you feel like you're in a private sanctuary within the city. The only evidence of the surrounding neighborhood is the traffic that you can occasionally hear when a scooter with an aftermarket exhaust goes by.

Our stay was made exceptional by the receptionist, Fern, and our waitress, Bow. They were both very kind, warm, and welcoming. Breakfast is included and is definitely worth taking advantage of every day. The Thai options were not as appealing and were a bit more plain than I was expecting, but there are American options that really hit the spot. We did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those.

We also received two vouchers for 500 Baht off of a massage treatment. I received a head/shoulder/back massage, and a foot massage on a separate occasion, both with Noi, the therapist. She provided excellent service; professional, thorough, and she has very strong fingers! After a hike up to Doi Suthep with all those stairs, my sore calves were begging for mercy! I'd do the hike again to experience it once more if I could. One thing to note is that the prices without the vouchers are a bit expensive, as is typical with staying on premise. There are cheaper options if you're willing to travel offsite.

We visited during February of 2020 when China was subject to limited travel due to COVID19, so we were here during an unusually quiet time, but even still, we were surprised with how few other guests there were at the hotel. The room was beautifully appointed. A spacious bath with room for two, a nice and large shower, and pretty marble floors. You can request bowls/plates/silverware from the front desk so you can order food via delivery and eat in if you'd like a lazy evening. Fresh fruit is left in the room, as well as some assorted sodas. Note that the minibar does *not* include alcohol. My only other (very small) complaint is that the loveseat in the room isn't the most comfy. It looks nice and fits in well with the rest of the curated design, but I wouldn't plan on watching a movie on it. A final note, room service was extremely fast with the few requests that we made.

All in all, we loved our stay at Parc Borough. Assuming prices stay the same (we paid ~$100/night including taxes), it's an excellent value for what you get. Thank you to the warm and friendly staff for making our stay as enjoyable as it was! We will definitely be coming back to stay at Parc Borough the next time we visit Thailand.

We are a family of four traveling with two kids (age 14 and 11 years). This hotel was our home away from home for 3 nights while we traveling and explored northern Thailand.

The staff was exceptional, kind, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our entire stay. We had a beautiful and clean room. The breakfast was delicious and the chef cooked something special every morning for my special diet. We used the spa and the women there was amazing! The entire experience was wonderful. My kids liked the pool and billiard room on the grounds.

I highly recommend this hotel and can't thank the staff enough for our pleasant stay. It was great!

We are a big family to live in this hotel for five nights. It is near to the airport and we can go by walk to Central Airport Plaza. As we celebrate the birthday of our little girl, hotel staff are very nice to provide a complimentary cake to her. We are really very happy to have their nice service.

The hotel is like a boutique hotel. The room is big enough with much space to put two big luggage case. All staff are very polite and helpful. We have a good memory to stay here and recommend any family to stay in this hotel.

We stayed here 2 nights. The room is ok but service is not as good as reviewed at all.

1. We asked for ice bucket to be delivered to the room and we were charged for that at check out without any notice in advance. It is ok to charge but the hotel should inform us in advance. When I asked front desk, the lady said we ordered a big bucket so they charged and if we ordered the small one then it’s free. I am confused with the logic there.

2. We were inform at check in that we can use RAOTIEWDUAYGUN เราเที่ยวด้วยกัน app to pay for any charges charged to the room but when checked out my boyfriend was informed only cash was accepted. I had to go and clarify and later was informed by the lady at front desk that we can pay via app.

3. Breakfast is horrible. We looked through the review prior coming and it was good. In reality - there is nothing like it. I ordered fried egg and waited 15 minutes before I checked again if my order was coming only to find out the staff forgot to take my order. Their excuse was that they were busy with other tables’ orders. I literally saw 3-4 tables at the moment.

4. Rooftop facility was closed. Balcony from the room was locked. Internet was slow and battery in the remote control was empty.

5. First night stay we hear loud noise from outside until 4 AM in the morning before we fell asleep. We asked the front desk and was informed that the noise came from karaoke place nearby ( which is actually not that close to the hotel). We stayed on 6th floor and the room is definitely not sound proof.

6. Overall I think staff here has problem with communication.

Very well NOT recommended. At this price range, I think there are other hotels with better standard.

Dear Khun oyzmontana, Thank you for staying with us at the Parc Borough City Resort. We appreciate you taking the time to review us on Tripadvisor. It is a tremendous help for us to know how our guests perceive our services and where we have to focus on improvement to remain an exclusive resort. I am very concerned that your experience was not up to expectations and I would like to take this opportunity to convey my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. I have investigated all the issues raised with the departments concerned and please rest assured that I have taken all the necessary steps to ensure our service returns to an excellent standard immediately. In addition to the above, I valued your feedbacks and would like to clarify each point of your concerns as following; 1) I sincerely regret to hear about your dissatisfaction on our ice bucket charging. The resort offers the first ice bucket complimentarily and our guest service agent should have informed our guests every time that there would be an additional charge of THB 35.31 net each for the second bucket onwards. From the investigation, our agent has posted the additional charge into your room account since the bill for an additional ice bucket was acknowledged and signed by your partner. Thus I do apologise if our guest service agent might have not informed you clearly about the situation and did not handle this matter very well. I shall re-train our service team to be more adept in providing excellent services to our guests. 2. With regards to the issue with the “RAOTIEWDUAYGUN เราเที่ยวด้วยกัน” mobile application payment upon checkout, our front office agent firstly presented the invoice with the charge of an additional ice bucket to your partner who firstly intended to pay with cash. Thereafter you requested to pay with “RAOTIEWDUAYGUN” application, our front office agent then immediately changed the payment method to suit your need. Once again, I sincerely apologise for the unclear communication and for the frustration caused. 3. Khun oyzmontana, I was very concerned to hear about your unpleasant experience regarding the misplace of your fried egg order which caused a 15-minute delay with an irresponsible excuse. Clearly, this is not at all representative of what we expect our level of service to be. The individuals have already been counselled to ensure the same situation will not happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 4. Similarly, I am sorry that the rooftop facility was closed for an essential maintenance during your stay. I am delighted to inform you that the “See Doi Sky Terrace” on our rooftop has just been re-opened for our guests to enjoy their spirited good time in the sky with stunning panoramic view of Chiang Mai city with some delicious drinks during the twilight and after the sundown. All guestroom’s balconies were locked for security reasons. Should our guests wish to enjoy with balcony space at their own risk, our service agents may present a disclaimer form for our guests to sign acceptance before unlocking the facilities. Clearly, our service agents should have informed all our guests during their check in and while escorting them to their designated suites. Please accept my apologies if our agent failed to clearly inform this policy to you during your stay. Thank you for your feedback about the internet connection and the low battery of remote control. Our Head of Departments were informed and will ensure that corrective actions will be made. 5. Regarding the echo noise from the nightlife outside the hotel premises, we have reported the government officer twice at 00:15am and 01:30 am to help take care of the issue. We thank you for letting us know and we shall revisit the sound proof solution for all our suites on the high rise. 6. We appreciate your opinion about our staff communication. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and will aim towards using your feedbacks to make improvements to enhance our guest experiences. Finally, may I thank you for your valuable comments and suggestions and very much hope that I will have the pleasure of welcoming you back to our resort again in the near future. Warm regards, Mr. Nonthawat Wattanapakin Resort Manager Parc Borough City Resort

Loved the space and modern decor both in the hotel and our 1 bedroom suite. Individual temperature settings for the living area separate from the bedroom made it particularly comfortable. The tub is a bonus, and the bathroom is so well equipped. The only downside is that there are absolutely no dishes, cutlery or cooking pots in the kitchen despite it having a cooktop, microwave and lovely sized fridge; perhaps they need to be requested.
The staff surprised me with a delicious birthday cake and even sang and took photos for us. They also provided a complementary shuttle to the nearby shopping mall and airport.

Loved this hotel - its more expensive that I would normally go for, but I wanted to treat myself. The room was spotless and the bed wonderfully supportive and comfy. The staff were friendly without exception, but my favourite memory was sitting outside eating breakfast each day with the wind gently rustling the trees, the birds singing and the gentle warmth of the sun heating the city up - and this is despite the hotel being very close to the airport and a busy road. A real oasis of tranquility. The gym equipment needs replacing as the cross trainer wasn't working and the bike machine was a bit long in the tooth, but I still found it helpful for keeping in shape while away and the staff were so helpful with showing me how it all worked. The final lovely element is the rooftop restaurant - gorgeous!!

We stayed at Parc Borough for 5 days and 4 nights. The breakfast was probably the best in any country we have ever visited. What a wide selection buffet. Do not miss it! The staff were generous and friendly. Joy, Meow, and the rest of the staff treated us like gold. I have never had a massage before but we did use those services on the first evening when Ineas having a back issue and they were supurb. The Parc Borough hotel could not come more highly reccomended. I searched long and hard for somewhere great for my friends and I ans could not be happier. The gym, business center, and game room were all quite impressive also. Housekeeping was top notch.

Some confusion on finding the place as it is the Parc Resort Parc Borough. Kitchen is really good - Thai but not to spicy, service is excellent even if the English is somehow poor. Be sure to be hungry as an appetizer and a main dish were really filling all space for a desert 😉!

Excellent hotel! You’re going to love it here! The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was clean, spacious, and beautiful! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable too. I usually have trouble falling asleep in a new place, but these beds and pillows felt like sleeping on clouds. It felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel, but for a reasonable price. We ate breakfast at the hotel one morning and the food was great too. We were also able to book a free shuttle that the hotel provided to take us to the airport. I highly recommend staying here.
