This boutique hotel is located in the old city. Our room was large and well-appointed, including a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee and making facilities, and plenty of storage space for your clothes. The hotel offers a good buffet breakfast with a good variety of food given that it only has a maximum of 42 guests ( could be more if guests have children. We enjoyed the egg station, cold cuts, including smoked salmon and 3 or 4 local Thai dishes to try if you want to. The staff are lovely. We found them very friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't do lunch or dinner. However, there is a local restaurant across the road which we found very good.. They had a good selection of popular delicious Thai dishes, and some non-Thai dishes as well. There are quite a few restaurants close by that you can try. We also found the staff very helpful in getting GRAB taxies for us. It is always nice to know what you are going to pay for your trip before you get in the car. The hotel has complementary airport pick up and drop off. Which is very useful when you arrive in a new place.…
Absolutely loved this hotel! It was so beautiful, the staff was helpful, and the location was great for walking everywhere! I’d definitely suggest staying within the city walls. Our room was huge and had so much character. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. They even picked us up and took us to the airport. Would absolutely suggest it!
Very nice, clean and perfectly located Hotel in Chiang Mai. We stayed for almost 3 weeks, and had room on ground floor and on 3rd floor. Both rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. The interior in the rooms are beautiful and local style. The staff is very friendly and professional. Would stay there again next time we visit this nice city.
Ref booking I wrorte a complaint regarding this hotel this morning, this hotel was not what was explained we did check in and stayed for one night due to the quality and lack of general cleanliness of the hotel. I have taken pictures of the hotel and the reason we left. From the start of entry to this hotel it fails to meet the expectations of a 4 star luxury hotel, it’s more a average 3 star. We have booked many time through agoda and did expect better service from you in regards to my complaint, nobody tried to contact me to resolve this issue, and I re sent my complaint again 3 hours after still no reply The hotel said when we left “ no refund” and at no point did they apologise. 1. The breakfast which when we went down at 8am (it starts at 7am) there was just a few slices of bread from a packet a little fruit that had flies on it and wasn’t covered, there was no toaster and some dried pancakes again uncovered that the flies were enjoying, there was some terrines with food in them that was dried and Luke warm, when me husband ask a member of staff they said that was it, however once we had decided to leave and it was 9.30 there was a few options of fresh cooked eggs and a toaster had arrived. 2. The jacuzzi took 40 mins to fill as the water trickled out the taps, once it did fill the jets shoot black muck in to the water. 3. The TV that states with international channels and a DVD, we found a remote for the Netflix however this didn’t work and there were limited channels. 4. The quite library is in fact the main way for people to leave their rooms as the wooden stairs lead down to this and you have to walk through it, there are hard wooden chairs and no books or mag so how they call this a library is beyond me. 5. The room over looked the road and a local bar, so very noisy till very late and then the cars and bikes revering up throughput the night, along with machine noise going through the hotel it was like trying to sleep in a factory. 6. The rooms were not cleaned well and we in fact had to wipe areas with antibacterial wipes, when we moved the bin to look for a plug there was think dust under it. 7. The towels were very worn and had holes in them and were a grey in colour. 8. The bath was stained and marked with broken tiles round it that had no sealer round the bath, the shower was grumpy and broken. 9. The hotel is in great need of repair and a deep clean it was tied but there is no excuse for it being dirty. 10. The staff are rude and unhelpful and don’t help with cases or explain where anything is in the hotel. 11. The restaurant is only open in the morning so you can’t get any drinks or snack after then unless you leave the hotel, oh yes you can have a beer at a cost that’s in a bucket next to the pool if you wish to drink from the bottle. 12. The only place to boil the kettle due to the lead and sockets was in the bathroom next to sink or on the floor next to the bed if you unplug the lamp. Don’t think luxury it’s a standard 3 star. …
Fantastic location for walking to everything in and around Old Town. The night markets are right around the corner and there are plenty of temples within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was excellent and the airport shuttle was very handy! The staff are very helpful and able to answer any questions we had, including calling taxis for us and teaching us about Grab.
