We got this twin room as it was the same price as 2 hostel beds, so a real no brainer. The staff were helpful and polite, our air con broke and we had no issue with being moved rooms when it couldn't be fixed. We had our room cleaned each day and had new towels. The best part about this... More

My friend and I stayed here for 6 days. It is located 2 min. away from "the center" of the old town in Chiang Mai. We visited in the low season, so our room was around 10$ pr. night. VERY CHEAP!! The rooms were very clean, the AC worked perfect and the WiFi was very good!! And it also had... More

This Apartment is located in the Moat. Location is definitely convenient if you want to venture out to various part of Chiangmai. Friendly Staffs are so ever helpful! Price is reasonable too! Stayed there for about 2 weeks while riding out to explore the beautiful roads in Northern Thailand!

Booked a twin for a friend and I for three nights. It has an actual separate shower with curtain! Room was clean, great AC, a fridge, basic toiletries, and decent beds. There's an great massage joint directly across & a mom n pop laundry a few doors down. Excellent location--just around the corner from the UN Irish pub, which has... More

Badly managed place with rude staff and management. My friend stayed and had to leave and they refused to return coffee maker which was lent to them. Maybe it was a misunderstanding due to English language.

It is more like a service apartment. The lobby will close at 9pm and you will get an access carr to enter the building. It is not so easy to find even the songtheww driver had to ask the local for several times to get to this place. You can stop at black canyon, go into soi 1, the you... More

This is a very average hotel but it's main strength is its location- a small lane away from Thapae gate and the Sunday market. Literally 5 minutes away which is great. The price was ok, room was clean and had basic amenities- fridge, TV, even a balcony for laundry. Would stay again if I wanted to be in the centre... More
