Liam's is located about 15 minutes by tuk-tuk from the Old City. Owners and staff are very helpful, as others have mentioned. Pool and grounds are like an oasis in the middle of a hot day. Rooms are comfortable and clean, beds good and showers hot and strong. The village nearby has some good food on offer - including the...

This has been a very lovely experience at the guesthouse. It's located just outside the main area of Chang Mai, so it's very quiet and peaceful. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of birds chirping and crickets. There are a small number of rooms, so book early and know that there will not be overcrowded pool areas or...

We stayed here 3 nights. The room was big, clean and decorated in a traditional style! Everything made us comfortable, the balcony with chairs, the sofa and the TV. The owners are so kind they make you really feel at home when you arrive they lend you a mobile phone so that if you need anything you can contact them,...

A hidden gem a couple of miles to the north of Chiang Mai. I stayed there with my family of four and we had a great time: spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, lovely garden with swimming pool, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a truly excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice and peaceful 7 nights here. La was very helpful and friendly and a real asset to the business. Daphne ( the owner) was equally helpful and pleasant. The only downside was the cold pool which doesn't get much sun owing to the lovely trees surrounding it, but this didn't spoil our stay and once you...

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated with good taste, the whole pool area was surrounded by tropical plants giving it a very relaxing feel. Even though the location is a bit farther from the city center, Daphne, the owner, will provide your very own cell phone with numbers to good taxi and tuk-tuk drivers who are willing to take...

A lovely place to stay, cozy, well-kept, carefully crafted, luxurious rooms, nice swimming pool, delicious breakfast. Daphne, a Belgian fluent in English, French and a little Thai, hosted us warmly and answered all questions. Driving distance of 10-15 minutes from the night market. About 150 baht. מקום מקסים לשהות בו, נעים, מטופח, מעוצב בקפידה, חדרים מפנקים, בריכת שחיה נחמדה, ארוחת...

Warm welcome, friendly staff, great breakfast and clean rooms. Calm location just outside the city. Also great value for money. Overall we recommend a stay here for couples or families who like a laid back base to visit chiang mai and the chiang mai area.

Firstly we would like to thank Daphne for making us feel so welcome and at home from the minute we arrived to the guest house. All questions and queries were answered quickly and in detail via email prior to our arrival. Daphne even arrange for our airport pickup via a red taxi. The taxi driver was waiting with a sign...

“i'll use this space to explain that the hotel itself has no laundry service, but one of the young staff members was happy to take my laundry 500 yards down the road and pick it up. The laundry service only charged 250 baht (about $8.50 U.S.). Also I wouldn't even recognize "trendy" if you hit me in the head with it.....but it's surely not. It feels like home in no time. Go to their website....they have plenty of photos”
