Location is an easy 10 minute walk to moat and main gate of ‘old city’. However located in a quiet residential area, so away from traffic and night noise. Even a neighborly rooster to welcome the day! Each room is a corner room, with yes, a narrow terrace (good for cloths drying). Rooms are large, bright, clean, good a/c, mini fridge, soap and shampoo. No tea kettle, but there is hot water, coffee and tea in lobby area. Lobby/reception area is open and airy. Comfortable - great place to review day with a cold drink or plan day with a coffee. I loved the sounds of children singing and reciting their lessons from the nearby school I stayed 3 nights, went to pai and returned for another 2 nights. Staff is always available, helpful, spoke English, can arrange tours and such.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable with great views... and every room had a balcony/terrace, the staffs were super friendly and helpful, and the lobby was really cool... it had a pool table, lots of seating with complimentary coffee and some some interesting books to read while waiting for your rides. Our room came with a safe, a fridge, and 2 complimentary bottles of water everyday. They also changed our sheets and 2 bath towels daily as well. There were no hand towels but that’s okay since they replace the bath towels daily so you can pretty much use the bath towels for your hands after showering. The water pressure was good and the AC unit worked perfectly. We were given a key to our room and to the main door at the lobby because they close the main gate at the lobby at 11pm. This location is within walking distance to the night bazaar, the Sunday night market, the old city, a laundromat, etc. They also have book tours as well. Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay here. Would definitely recommend.

There were hundreds of hotels falling in my budget, but I chose this one because its location which is central to all activities. Saturday Night Market, Sunday Night Market, old city, Night Bazar, all with-in one km distance from the hotel. The surroundings are peaceful. Staff attentive and helpful, clean rooms, free coffee throughout the day. Room size was good. Balcony was life saving for us. Only one downside: the toilet smelled a little, as the drainage was not perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, if anyone wants to visit all the spots.

This review is based on my experience which may not be what others may experience. I stayed 3 nights. The staff is helpful and friendly. Water pressure is very good. The bathroom is the typical shower over the toilet (not a problem-just remember to keep the TP outside of the bathroom or it will end up being a soggy mess. My room was on the 4th floor. The a/c was quite noisy and not working that well. My friend who had a room on the 3rd floor had an a/c that was quiet and worked well. I asked for another room and was told there were none available. Also told someone would come next day and clean the a/c. The next day I was told someone would clean the a/c at 6pm. When I returned to my room about 10pm the a/c was not as noisy as it had been but still not very efficient. Overall the room was clean and a/c tolerable. The kicker was when I commented that my friend got a good room and I didn’t I was told that the next time I should request his room number. If I had stayed in my friends room this would be a 5.

We booked the triple bedroom which had a double bed and a single because the double bedrooms were full. It was spacious and the room is cleaned regularly everyday. The location quiet and close to the old town and popular spots. We came for the songkran festival and we were steps away from all the action. Night markets are just about 20 minutes walk from this location. Bars are closeby. But the best part for me was the staff who were really helpful, specially with the bookings for excursions.
