I was sceptical to book this place based on the mixed reviews. I'm so happy we decided to go with it. For less than $20/night, we got a safe room with wifi, ac, a pool and a lounge area. It was within walking distance to everything. The room was a little on the small side but we were only in... More

Attentive staff. Overall good experience. Orange,Hero and George are guest oriented. Nice pool. Rooms are great! Close to EVERYTHING!!!!! All staff is great. Would definitely return. I may this year. Good food vendors close by. Hotel food is great. Pool is very well maintained and great to meet people for a night out. Met cool people every night that turned... More

Brilliant social area, has a lot of character. Stayed here for about a week on a budget only reason it lacked a star was it could have been slightly cleaner but that's the only gripe, no bugs at all which is the main thing! Staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help me out once I'd stayed a few... More

This guesthouse is in the heart of Chaing Mai. Close to shops, bars and easy to get to via tuk tuk. Situated off a busy road its charming fairy light drive creates a welcome hello to any weary traveller. The lobby and bar interior gives off a shabby chic jungle vibe with cute round wood chairs and tree like tables, water featured... More

This hotel was average. We unexpectedly wound up in a budget room. Fair enough, but we didn't think we would have to rent out towels and bring our own toilet paper. The room was also on the fifth floor with no elevator so it was interesting to lug all of our stuff up there. The staff at the bar was... More

It's mix of rustic charm and social area with its friendly and more than helpful staff, more than make up for the slightly aging building, though it is regularly renovated. Thanks in particular O Jay and all the other staff for a great week. A very convenient and relaxing base for a Chaing Mai holiday, very suitable to work from... More

We booked to stay here 3 nights as we knew there was a lot to do in Chiang Mai. Do not stay here. The photos are nothing like the hotel in real life. The room we were shown was absolutely filthy. The walls, floors, beds and bathroom were all disgusting. It looked like something out of a horror movie. We... More

We stayed two nights and although very basic we had no trouble with anything. Shower was tatty but room was clean and maids in daily. Our lights went out and they quickly moved us to another room. Staff were helpful with our tiger and elephant trip and for better price than anticipated. Don't expect luxury but absolutely fine otherwise 😀

The budget room is super cheap. With everything you need. It's clean, comfy bedding and has a balcony. The hotel is however in a state of renovation/disrepair and I am unsure if I could pay more. Staff are friendly, pool is clean.

My friend and I checked into this "guest house", if it can be called that as I would never invite guests into this establishment! Upon checking in, we went to our room to find a dead gecko on the floor and a dirty bathroom. Not to mention the door to the balcony was insecure and let bugs into the room.... More
