I really enjoyed our stay in the Sawasdee Inn. The rooms were really cute and decorated very authentically. It was in the middle of Chiang Mai and was good for visiting downtown and the old wall. There was a little courtyard where you could sit and eat your breakfast which was quite cute. Once you've stayed there too you could...

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and never had a bad experience! Room was large and clean with a king size bed, AC fan, TV, western toilet, hot shower. Sam, the owner, went above and beyond, helping us find things to do, setting us up with motor bike rentals offering good places to eat. They also offered laundry...

I stayed here with my brother in Jan 2011. The room had rubbish in it when I checked in. The rooms were large and spacious. I love the colors and paintings on the walls and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very average ( we only ate there once as it wasn't very good and we could get much better...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. What can I say, one of the nicest and cheapest places we stayed in in Thailand. The staff were brilliant, always happy to help. Sam took time to show us a map with all the main attractions on it. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. Breakfast was as much toast...

We found this on TA and were a bit nervous from the lack of reviews. We took a chance and were absolutely delighted. The location is about 15 min walk fro the night market but it is also nice to be seperated from all that chaos.

My wife and myself stayed here for a week and cannot fault this guest house. The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessand spacious. The air-con is cold and the hot water hot. The continental breakfast turned out to be a fully cooked meal! Sam,Tangmo and all the staff worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable-everything from getting my wifes handbag...

The guesthouse is spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It's located within walking distance of lots of sights and amenities and a short tuk-tuk ride away from everything else. Sam and Mo were so welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a good stay. Would recommend this guesthouse to anyone travelling...
