ISTY has feel of a hostel. I stayed about 10 days. Most of the staff speak basic English. They sometimes did not understand at all, particularly one girl/receptionist. F. e. I told her to keep the breakfast for me if I am not there until 10. They were preparing vegan breakfast for me. Only 1 option for all 10 days. She said she would arrange it.The of my departure I came at 10.30 and the breakfast was not there… The swimming pool was quite good but located by the road so it was noisy sometimes, even trucks were passing by, very often motorbike. I was going to stay for about a months due to my flight cancellation at the time of the lockdowns. We agreed on a certain price for my long term stay. After 10 days they said (one male receptionist) that the price is higher, that it was only “promotion” at the beginning. I was really surprised to hear that. I found another hotel and left. I had constant issues with cleanliness. After cleaning, I always found a few things (fridge from outside,…) that had not been cleaned. even if I asked them to do the rest, they came and cleaned half of what I requested. The old cleaning lady seemed to be annoyed. The carpet that was on the floor on the corridor was awful, old, and full of big stains. Plus they never hoover it while I was there. I had to ask the receptionist if the could tell the cleaners to clean the lift. It was unbearably dirty, look like had not been clean weeks, which probably was not. I even could not see myself in the mirror properly. The cleaners cleaned it just a bit after my request.. The room was small so was the bathroom. The most efficient, friendly but still very professional, with very good English, was a receptionist Praew. She definitely deserves to be the front receptionist. Actually, I was surprised to see such a capable receptionist in such a hostel.

Service at a high level, breakfast ok. On the roof is a nice place to spend time with a drink. Unfortunately, in the room on the ground floor we had ants, after changing to the upper floor a lot of small flies.

This hotel is so nice, the accommodations are brand new and top quality The location is perfect, right across the street from the best Korean BBQ I've ever had, and the muay thai boxing stadium!! The breakfast buffet is delicious and all food offered is fantastic, multiple typical nationality breakfasts are available and all are fresh and tastes great, ISTY even puts out excess food for access for the rest of the day. The wifi access is high speed and one can stream to their hearts content anywhere in the hotel. They offer scooter rentals for cheaper than with a third party rental company. Everyday my wife and I returned the representatives at the desk would ask where we were, what we did, how was it, and would even make recommendations for the evenings dinner and the following days activities. They have access to everything one would need and you stay in luxury for way below luxury prices, it's a beautiful hotel and I would stay again anytime!

We did enjoy our stay here! Breakfast close to swimming pool and so far the best ever in Thailand we ever had! Great choice, european as well as thai cuisine. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Very cozy rooftop bar with happy hours starting at 6pm. Comfortable, large room, very clean, with AC, safe and little fridge, always full of water for free. Just don't open windows at all, you get many moskitos. Very pleasant staff, always helpful, laundry service and trip provider agent.
