We stayed there in Jan. 2016 for 5 days. The staff was wonderful and accommodating of anything we could possibly want. The small breakfasts were included and could be eaten inside or in a courtyard outside. If I understand this correctly, the property was once the private home of a high ranking official. His grandchildren now run it very successfully.... More

Everything about this hotel was great! We checked in late at night and the guard let us in to the room without a problem. They left a nice little note in the room for us. The room was very large and I loved the stained glass windows and the bathroom sink. All the toiletries that you needed were provided. The... More

When I first arrived, i feel like I am coming to a home, rather than a hotel or guesthouse (or whatever you say it ). The garden had a pond with fishes. There is a little kitchen in the dining area , for breakfast in the morning. Staff will cook fresh eggs and ham upon request. My room is really... More

We always stay here when we are in town. Love this old house turned into chic B&b. Love the decorations and the nice little touches the lady owner put in the property. Recently she has added a nice small cafe into her lovely garden. Come and enjoy coffee and tea here.

Located in a side street off busy Moon Muang Rd this lovely little B&B was a delight to stay in. We were travelling as a family with a teenage son we requested one of their upper family suites. This consisted of 3 rooms of which the master had a QS bed and the other bedroom had 2 single beds. Each... More

This is a very Thai style house with beautifully decorated garden, where you'll have breakfast in the morning. I'm bringing my parents (in their 50s/60s) on this trip and they definitely enjoy the place. We had a family room with two bedrooms, not spacious but comfortable enough. Clean and well maintained. Some other guests have complained about wooden structure and... More

This is a really lovely, homely, friendly place in a nice little quiet neighbourhood in the Old City. This was our second stay and it would always be my first choice. It's in an old, traditional teak house and has real character - especially the upstairs rooms. There's a pleasant upstairs verandah to relax on and a nice little garden.A... More

Great spot. I only stayed for one night and had to leave before breakfast in the morning. The person working was kind enough to put some food in a bag for me because I was going to miss breakfast. The bed and comforter were really soft and warm. I recommend bringing mosquito repellent because some got into my room and... More

We stayed in the family room on the first floor. It was comprised of two separate rooms joined by a small hallway with a sink and bathroom. The living room is inside one of the bedrooms. We were two couples who stayed in the suite. You could easily accommodate a fifth person in the suite on a rollaway. The hotel... More

When I first arrived in the dark I was a little concerned as we turned down a little back alley. I had no reason to fear. Most of Chaing Mai is made up of these little streets. Location is excellent and within the old city. A short walk to most main attractions. This place was a lovely, calm oasis during... More
