My first visit to Chiang Mai- Kristi House was extremely reasonable and clean while being near some of the best places to eat. We had a fourth floor fan room that had a balcony with a wonderful view of one of the temples with the mountains as a background. Very serene and beautiful! The owners are very accomodating and friendly....

I have stayed in Thailand for 15 days last Xmas holidays.Among these ones, 7 days I spent in Chiangmai. Kristi house is clean, comfortable, with friendly staff and a very nice owner/manager. He was always willing to provide us every suggestion, information and comfort we need. I stayed there with my husband. Thailand is a friendly place, I preferred Chiangmai...

Very nice hotel in the middle of the old town, friendly staff and 24/7 service. In every room is smoking allowed, yet you wont smell anything dude to the powerful fans. You cannot bring outside guests without them leaving the ID at the reception, which was the only downside.

This place is very well-located just next to sunday night market, however in a small lane, you can enjoy the peace of the city. Owner is a friendly italian man. You can book tours in the hotel, they provide good price in general and can organise in a good way. The room is huge and too good for the price,...

Excellent location close to many attractions as temples walking street (Sunday market) the famous Tha Pae Gate square and 7/11 market where can buy everything you need. The Guest House is very nice, has good sized rooms quiet, and with a competitive price. On the ground floor there is a kind of restaurant for breakfast and some snacks. I had...

I didn't stay overnight here, just hung out with a friend for a couple of hours. I found it quite noisy, and my friend moved to another guest house the next day because of the noise. It was partly from construction nearby, so once that is finished, it will be better. The facility itself is good, though, neat and clean,...

We stayed here for just one night as we needed a place between trekking with Pooh and going to the ENP and we wanted something cheap. We know that you can’t expect much of a place that costs 8€ a night, but we were unpleasantly surprised anyway. The room was really uncozy and dirty, the fan was really loud, the...

I paid 450Bht. for a double bed, a/c, private bathroom, cable tv, small fridge. Each floor has a common balcony facing one of the temples, the view is superb. Room get clean every two days, but if needed you can request cleaning service as needed. The place was clean, simple and in the middle of the Old City. 2 mins...
