Good for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Less parking lot. Television signal jittery able to see anything. Air condition very small compare with quantity of guest and unable to decrease temperature. Very low ceiling on 2nd bed. No suitcase shelve.

Comfortable and Simple. Location near town. Near the source of delicious food. Close to major attractions. The decoration looks sweet. Suitable for groups of friends and family. Included A small breakfast.

Quite, clean, beautiful, kind attention. It's a fantastic place even the prices are not low for the area. I really liked it. I recommend it to every person who is looking forward a nice place to stay in the caotic city.

The room is medium condition but expensive. we paid room rate 1164 $. For breakfast have coffee+orange juice+Milk+bread only. I am stay 4 floor no elevator.I saw everyone on line buffet all guest disappointed. Pls adjust

My daughter and I both feel Arch39 is the perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai. Being away from the tourist areas and just outside the Old Town makes it peaceful and quiet yet easy to get anywhere you need to go. The hotel was super clean and very comfortable. The staff was quite friendly and the owners were absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend staying here and plan to if we return someday!

For the price, I feel this was great. No frills, but very clean and a good size room with a nice view over Chiang Mai, It's slightly out of the old city, but this wasn't a problem for us, especially when we got better at crossing the chaotic main roads,

We stayed as a group of 5 in a private room which acted more as a budget hotel than a hostel really. Room clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The location was OK - outside of the main town and around 15/20min walk to the main nightlife. Breakfast disappointing.

Two nights stay before more traveling and we was not dissapointed at all. From arrival we were welcomed by the friendly staff who can not do enough for you. Complimentary ice cream as you enter and free snacks in the room. Deffenitly a place to stay if visiting 😁👍

Hi value guest,
The room that you request that Single Bed in Female Dormitory Room in this room have 4 bunk beds so I mean 8 person can stay in this room and separate toilets out of room.
