Had a nice stay at this hotel the location is great for all the sites and the rooms are very clean quite basic but cheap. The women who runs the place was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here if you want a cheap stay when visiting Chiang Mai.

Really good price for a decent room. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's not a long walk to find some cheap and good local thai food. We came to Chiang Mai from Bangkok, so even though we felt it was quiet at this hostel, it's probably the same all over Chiang Mai.

We stayed for 3 nights. Reception is not available all the time. You need toook for them. Sometimes longer than an hour. Room was ok and people are friendly. The shower was in bad condition. The manager had a tackle with three tourists that arrived late at night - if you don't want to give them a room don't scream at them. They are customers and you provide a service.

This cheap guest house is the worst of our trip is thailand so far. On arrival, there was no one at the reception desk and after 10 times calling and being answered by a pissed man, the mom came and called the manager. This was not only by arriving, but during our entire stay, we did not see anyone at the desk. The rooms were also really basic and did not have any privacy. The room had no window, but a some small holes through the bricks. From the corridor, you could look in the room all the time by anyone. Furthermore the shower was placed exactly above the toilet which was rather inconvenience. All in all, not recommendable!
