Although the hotel is beautifully designed and staff were nice, but these errors in management annoyed me; at the price of 2,500 Bht/night you don't get breakfast, tooth brush or safebox in the room. Let alone a swimming pool. Their minibar was free but nothing much in it. Got on

The design & location are fantastic.

Sadly the management & staff have a lot to learn how to run a hotel & handle problems effectively.

We went as 3 (myself / gf / my son) paid for a triple room but were crammed into a double without any real explanation.
