We has a room by the pool. It was clean with a good bed and air con. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable. They also helped us organise a couple of great day tours. Nice location by the Iron Bridge and a 20 min walk or short Tuk Tuk ride to the main part of town. Would...

So good couldn't get enough! Tried new dishes as well as ones we have had before. They were all great. Drinks were yummy and cheap too. All with a view, can't get much better then that. It was a little far from the old city but worth it for sure.

Have stayed in Chiang Mai many times; this was booked by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is very good; near the old part of town without being in the middle of nightlife and noise. The hotel is just across from the old Iron bridge; just down the street one way is Dukes, a great restaurant for...

My wife and I have stayed at the Riverside house multiple times. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. They also speak great English and can help set up tours, grab taxis, etc. for you. Breakfast is good (Usually hard boiled eggs, toast, fried rice, and fruit). Rooms are clean.

I stayed here for nearly a week. It is indeed a short walk to the night markets, and just across a very busy street from Ping River. Breakfast is a mix of traditional and other foods. Clean, A/C, and rooms are back away from the street so traffic noise was not apparent, which I greatly appreciated. The river is not...

Just spent a week here. Great location/ close but not in the rush of the old city. Great kind and helpful staff. Clean comfortable accomodation at a good price. A good pool to cool down in. Nice breakfasts every morning in the price of the room.

My wife and I stayed here for a little over a week while we were in Chiang Mai. It is a perfect little spot with a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great - right across from the river with plenty of restaurants and walking distance to several markets. The best thing about Riverside House...

My wife and I have spent six nights at this fine inexpensive, welcoming hotel along the Ping River and found it to meet all our needs. The staff was the best I have in countered and could not do enough to make us happy. Our room was made very clean daily, by a hard working crew. The breakfast was filling...

We spent 6 nights, the room was comfortable and clean with a good air conditioner. The staff were friendly and helpful and their English was pretty good. We walked to the day market, night bazaar, Tha Phae Gate and everywhere in between. The pool was great for a quick cool down. Breakfast was included, basic but good. They have a...

From start to finish we got all the help we needed from the staff. They explained the area and helped us book all our activities. The rooms got cleaned every day And when we wanted to go out at night the man at the gate got us an umbrella because there was a high chance of rain. The swimming pool...
