Basic hotel in a good location, bathroom facilities basic. Could use an update, but meets our needs. Staff is friendly and have a wide selection of flyers to choose from for activities in the area. Easy to find a place to have a coffee, small restaurant and laundry facilities In the area.

This hotel is well located near the night market and in the city centre. The rooms are fine, it's not luxury but it does the job. Breakfast was not worth bothering with. I'd go out and get something from the street vendors or a coffee shop. The front desk staff are very helpful. Wifi is available and the speed was... More

This hotel was a Little difficult to get to with a car due to narrow streets if you do not approach in the correct way. We walked the last bit. Perfect location in old city. Really inviting garden area when you enter the hotel. The hotel has elevator/lift. We where on the to third floor. Comfortable beds. Good AC.Very quiet... More

In superior room: Good: Enough electric light inside, clean, bed is soft (even too soft) Bad: Extremely noisy in room. Just unbearable. Rooms are situated around inner yard, so every sound makes echo and comes in the room. * Printer on reception is VERY loud. And it works all the night! Every night that strident sounds torture your brain !!... More

Rooms were pleasant however the bathroom was a tad on the grotty side. Nice layout of the hotel with a delightful water feature on entry and a rather cold swimming pool on the 1st floor (2nd floor in Thailand). Gym is extremely pokey with only two machines. It offers plenty of leaflets on activities to involve yourself with while in... More

The hotel is located in the central area of Chiang Mai. Anyway you need a tuk tuk to move around. We had a superior room, it was Clean and comfortable, breakfast was ok but definitely not in European style. The hotel staff was very kind. I think it was good price but the hotel was not special at all. Good... More

Hotel is well located on the north-east side of the old city. Rooms are comfortable and the pool area is lovely. Breakfast is very average (white bread, eggs, noodles) and the breakfast staff are very unhelpful. They cannot speak any English, don't know the names of the foods, can't point out which foods are vegetarian, can't explain where the bathroom... More

The location was very central with a ton of great restaurants, cafe/bakeries and spas on the same street. The room was spacious and clean as were the hotel grounds. The pool was very nice plus there was a staff member out there selling beer....a total bonus in my book. All in all a perfect place for what my family and... More

I stayed at the Eurana for a week in the Junior Suite rooms. My room itself was clean and tidy, but the bathroom was in need of an update. I wouldn't mind that part so much, except that there was mould growing in my shower and in the grout, which was very off-putting. However the hotel is quiet and otherwise... More
