Hello, We just arrived in Bali after had long holiday in Bangkok. We really really enjoyed our stay, this hotel such a hidden gem in Bangkok with tropical environment. We loved our studio room, firstly we stayed 3 nights in 4101 then we decided to extended our stay for 6 nights in 3403 coz we requested high floor. A huge room with kitchen area and comfortable bed. Thanks to the front desk team, they were helpful and super friendly, especially Rizki. Such a lovely staff, he knows where exactly we wanted to go. We went to shopping malls and bars by train, the airport link station just in walking distance and 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we didn’t meet him upon our departure. We also enjoyed our food from the hotel restaurant, cozy atmosphere by the pool. Thai food and western menu was delicious but they didn’t have mango sticky rice as my favorite. Looking forward to stay here again on our next holiday!…

We lived in a hotel in a 2-room apartment for 1 week after a knee operation, which took place in a hospital nearby. Rooms are good, clean, bright, comfortable bed. Separately, I want to note the hotel staff, they helped to drive the wheelchair into the room, brought all the orders very quickly and organized a cake with flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. Thank you very much for your hospitality! We will recommend the hotel to friends and stay there again.

This was our first time in Bangkok. We arrived at late midnight due to our flight got delayed. Check in process was smooth, we were so exhausted and starving after long flight. Big thanks to Rizki who helped us to order food via grab coz the restaurant in the hotel was closed. We had trip in the morning, he also organize us the taxi and make sure the fare. Appreciated his kindness! We stayed in one bedroom residence, a huge room for both of us and definately loved it! Breakfast was wonderful and varied. We also enjoyed our time in swimming pool, not too big but clean. We could sun bathing in day time. Massage service also available but unfortunately we couldn't book it right away. Advance booking was needed. We highly recommended this hotel to our friends and family, looking forward to stay here again!…

Our stay was very good! Our flights got cancelled and delayed but they manage to help us on airport pick up. Location is very accessible to the international airport. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also good! Just perfect! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Thank you Mr Paul for helping us throughout our stay! The staff was so kinda and even let us stay late in our room without any problems. Paul and Julie were so sweet and they helped us with everything we needed. The price is unbeatable and the environment is so peaceful and quiet for being in the middle of Bangkok. If you need a place in Bangkok close to the airport or if you just want to be in a less hectic part of the city, you should book the Silver Palm.

Perfect hotel for transit, we stayed here before our departure to Phuket. Myself, my wife and my baby enjoyed our time during in hotel. The location close to Hua Mak station which is easy to go to Suvarnabhumi airport, the staff were helpful especially thanks to Rizki the one in front desk. What a lovely guy! Definitely will come back to see him again before our departure to Germany. Our baby liked to swim, the swimming pool was clean. The restaurant had western menu and thai menu as well.

We stayed here for first 24 hours quarantine. They gave us a lovely suit for 5 of us, very comfortable and tidy. We were provided lots if food and nothing was a problem. Recommend! It was a nerve wracking 24 hours waiting for the pcr test results. This resort made it feel more comfortable.

Coming back from Australia to Thailand, we had to stay in a quarantine hotel in Bangkok for a night and would highly recommend this as a convenient option. Very close to airport (<10 minutes drive), simple, efficient transfer from airport to hotel with minimal wait or fuss. I usually stay at the Grand Hyatt / 5 star hotels in Bangkok so this was very different from the norm. Check in and PCR test on arrival was done smoothly with results delivered on time prior to 8am the next morning. This is far from a 5 star hotel but has a decent pool and OK gym. Food was simple, but good and reception, operator, serving staff and front desk, super helpful, friendly and efficient. Like many mid-tier hotels in Thailand, they have suffered enormously through COVID with no tourists. The rooms were sparse and simple, but very spacious, everything worked and everything impeccably clean and I mean really clean. Whilst things were a bit tired, beds / pillows were super comfortable. Internet was included and fast. As a quarantine option it was great and great value.…

I chose this hotel at the beginning to do the 7 days quarantine because had a spacious layout and a balcony. When Test&Go was reinstated the hotel manager Khun Nok sent me an email asking if I wanted to change and adhere to the Test&Go program, which I did. The whole communication with the staff was easy, professional and replies were fast. I was assured that I would have the difference of price refunded and it did happen without soliciting. The room was indeed spacious with all amenities and the balcony definitely a plus. The hotel is conveniently located few km from Suvarnhabhumi Airport and just an 180 Bhat taxi ride. Overall experience super positive, I recommend it to anybody.

We stayed one night test and go ,we arrived about 7 am but we did not get our tests till about 2pm we explained we had a flight at 10am next day was a worry but we got our tests on time . The room was spacious and clean large balcony ,bed was super comfy .staff were all friendly and professional. Food was so so breakfast delivered with lunch which was terrible evening meal really tasty . WiFi really good but run out by morning . They arranged a grab to airport next morning . If you need a test and go it's a great place to stay
