Stayed at Pho Place for one night. Very basic hotel, fine for a stop over but wouldn’t stay any more than one or two nights. The beds were v uncomfortable and pillows were like bricks. Also the views from the room were not great.
Great place for the price, clean, smart and everything you need. Facilities fine and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We were welcomed by big smiles as soon as we arrived after a long flight.
Everything was very clean and as expected. We recommend it specifically for the location: in Chinatown, very close to the main street food spots and not so far from the main temples. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.
- Very close to Chinatown with dozens of options for street food - Very friendly reception girls - New bottles of water were provided every day - Changing of towels and room cleaning was talking place every day - Quiet neighborhood - Coffee machine and free coffee was available in the room - Many bus stations nearby - Small problem in communication with the reception girls as their English wasn't at a very good level. But they were always trying to help. - There was a balcony but nothing to watch as it was looking at a wall - The Wi-Fi was really weak and we couldn't watch anything online
Hotel is very conveniently located near Chinatown and Hua Lamphong train station. Room was spacious and clean, with efficient air conditioning. There was room service every day and complimentary water. All in all very good value for money and great vantage point for Bangkok sightseeing.
