Worst hotel in my life. Room given was not fit for humans... my dogs at home sleep in cleaner place. Room carpets stained, room not cleaned for months, cockroaches in room, wallpaper coming off, dust on everything, bathroom and toilet very old ... bedsheets dirty and torn.. Horrible hotel and rooms. When I complained about room to reception, they just didn't care... take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Booked it on booking.com website... which is an absolute shame that they actually allow bookings on their website for this horrible, terrible hotel

My partner and I check into Room 303 - an upgrade to a deluxe superior (from the superpriour room we had booked). I had stayed in this hotel 2 times previously and had been clean, comfortable and at £35/night it was pretty decent for a double room. No no no! NEVER AGAIN. I'm not sure if they've changed owners or the hotel has gone down hill in the last 3 years. £35 is cheap for UK standards but in Bangkok you expect to get a reasonable room and from previous experience it was pleasant. If this was the best room they offered, I am seriously worried!!! .... The light flickered when having a shower, there was peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling (a lot of it!), the towels were thin and scratchy and had a hole in it. There was a rip in the duvet bed, the walls were paper thin, I heard someone sneeze at 1.30pm and 3pm! There was masking tape between the walls so you could see light from the other room. Outside it was noisy ALL NIGHT with motorbikes constantly revving - even with earplugs in and the as it con on! And for the most uncomfortable night sleep (or no sleep) I have ever had; the springs had gone in the matress!! We had booked for 5 nights. We checked out after 1 night! We managed to get a last minute deal at The Raddison for £50/night and it was a huge luxurious junior suite - so it shows what little you do have to pay for a decent hotel. Fortunately hotels.com who I booked the 4 nights through were excellent on the online chat and spoke to the hotel and got my money back for the 4 nights that we didnt stay. If you want a decent night sleep - I would advise you NOT to book this hotel.

This hotel stays marginally cheaper than most hotels in the budget range to get lots of bookings. To be fair, for the price paid, it is a fine hotel within walking distance to many of Sukhumvit's attractions. The staff aren't well trained but that really doesn't matter for 30 bucks a night. The capsule option if you're on a super budget or need to stay a few extra hours before a late flight is also great. I'd recommend if you're on a solo trip or a trip with the lads and want a place to sleep after partying all night. Wouldn't recommend for a honeymoon. Nick

I booked this at Last minute discounted rate. It was a really enjoyable stay and the staff were lovely. I had to move hotels as the price doubled when I went to book another 2 nights and I could not justify paying that much. Location is great and plenty of good street food close, massage and BTS! Room very clean and large.

I stayed in both a private room and the capsule. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Room service was daily — providing clean up and new towels and water. Throughout the building the wifi worked well, hot water was hot. The staff was attentive and cordial. This was my first capsule experience as well, it was cheap and a good value to save money. The bathroom was cleaned regularly as well. Location is crucial in Bangkok and this location is great, it’s next to Phrom Phong BTS. Outside the hotel are food vendors and several convenience stores. I would recommend this place.

We stayed here for one night after flying in from Australia. We had booked and pre paid for a twin bed room in advance. The reception had our details and we were processed quickly. She Aldo booked a taxi for our next morning journey to the bus station which turned up at our allowed booking time. The room was comfy enough space air con worked well the barroom was ok needs a little cosmetic attention but quite ok. Room has a safe which is a bonus. The bed had two pillows and fir a Thai bed was a little softer than most. We slept well and continued our journey. If you want a room close to restaurants pubs entertainment in this area it ticks the boxes for a budget traveller. One of two night stay it's quite ok.

Booked for 24 October 2018. Needless to stay I walked into the room and walked straight back out. I counted 12 bed bugs on the headboard and 7 in amongst and around the pillows! The receptionist seemed totally unphased so I suspect it’s not the first time OR THE LAST. Really avoid at all costs, spend a little more and have a guaranteed good nights sleep! Bed bugs cannot be eradicated unless the entire mattress is destroyed and room fumigated, which I strongly doubt the hotel management are about to do.
