We stayed in Adelphi 49 for 6 nights and we had a wonderfull stay. Adelphi is situated in Thong lor area, in a very quiet soi and close to the BTS Thong lor. The welcome at the reception was very friendly upon arrival and it remained so during all our stay. The room comes as a small appartment with a kitchen and a sitting place that is very convenient, fully equiped and also a washing/drying machine, an ironing table and really with all the amenities needed. There is a swimming pool on the roof that is very nice and convenient if you want to start your day with a swim or cool off from Bangkok's heat and also a gym that is not very big but sufficient enough with the necessary appliences. Breakfast was ok, could probably be improved a bit but to say the truth although we had paid it we stopped going after 2 days and preferred buying our own food and have breakfast in our room. We really liked the place, although i probably qualify it more as a serviced appartment than a hotel. Do not hesitate to book.

The staff was extremely accommodating when it came to luggage storage, early check in and late check out, which made my trip completely enjoyable and stress-free. I’d say, looking for the perfect stay in Bangkok takes effort and time. There’s constantly new hotels in the city, there’s different type of accommodations to cater any type of travelers. This time round, I was looking for a “homely” feel accommodation and Adelphi Forty Nine were shortlisted.
Staying in Apartotel is rather weird for myself, but this stay were different. I was initially attracted by the affordable rate and the location (not too far from the Main Street), and also the reviews I’ve read. I was definitely fooled by the first impression when arriving to the property… the lobby is really “basic”. Small, and basic like a 3* property. However, the suite itself is very well maintain! It’s somewhat between a contemporary modern home to a luxury hotel feel. The suite is advertise for lesser than 55sqm, but this is suffice for a couple even a +1 kid if you’re coming with your family. The layout is standard for this kind of apartotel, and Adelphi 49 is quite well equip in my opinion. I even did few rounds of laundry during my stay. The hotel also offers professional outcall massages and very affordable. There’s only one restaurant in the hotel which is your complimentary breakfast place, then turn into a Japanese bistro at night – nothing much to mention on the complimentary breakfast. If you prefer something else, there’s row of shops not far from the hotel, and there’s also a 7-11 nearby to the hotel. I’d recommend a place call JOJO’s Wine & Bar which is just steps from the hotel too. The location of the hotel is in between to BTS which is also very convenient to skip the traffic during peak hours. My favorite is the walkable distance to Emquartier.
One main thing that makes me want to come back to this property is the quality of housekeeping. I’ve stay in many hotels in my life to date, and this is really one of those which is PERFECT when comes to housekeeping. I even purposely left some faint spots on the floor / table, and it was clean the next day! Totally spotless. Although I’m not sure who made my suite, but KUDOS to this person during my 4 nights stay. There’s really almost no complains during my stay and I’d recommend this place for those who seek comfortable clean space especially long stays. Just one complain which isn’t the hotel fault, there’s like a dog hotel/care place next to hotel which can be noisy especially in the mornings.

We booked the Hotel for the Test&Go package to enter Thailand. The airport Transfer was included in the package amd went smoothly. The staff at the airport was very kind and also the driver was friendly and the car clean and comfy. We were then dropped off at the PCR Test station and after a few minutes the driver brought us to the hotel. At the hotel the recepcionist was welcoming us very friendly. They also took care of our luggage so we were quite well taken care of. Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was a nice decor. In the first room it has a small kitchen area and dining table plus a Sofa and TV. I really liked that the remote control was packed in plastic to show it was cleaned. The bedroom had a city bed and next to it there was a big bath room. Everything was clean and we felt comfortable. We enjoyed the one night stay. For a longer stay I would recommend a room at a higher floor to catch more light in the room. For longer quarantine stay I would not recommend the room size as it could feel quite tight after a while. Overall it was avery good experience with very courteous staff.

I did my 1 night quarantine here then stayed for 10 more days. I had never been to Thailand before and was glad I chose this hotel. Really nice staff and helpful staff and a really nice Japanese style restaurant attached to it that had a very good selection of food at reasonable prices. The rooms were always really clean and very comfortable. The wifi was very strong, each room has its own router and wifi password. The bed was very comfortable. Really close to the BTS sky train (Thong Lo station), and a 7-Eleven about a 2 minute walk away that had most things you'd need. because the BTS station was so close I had no problems getting anywhere I wanted to go. There were a few good restaurants in walking distance. Definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here next time I'm in Bangkok.

I booked a room here for 3 nights at the end of my Thailand trip. All of the front desk team, especially Mr. Joe who took my bags early and had them waiting for me in the room when it was time to check in, and who drove me to the BTS station when it was time for me to depart to the airport. The room itself was immaculately clean, and had so many comforts, including a washing machine, cooking ware, duel showers and bath and private balcony. I didn’t get to the pool but wish I’d had a chance to try. Instant coffee and tea are also provided in the room, along with bottled water refreshed daily. My only remark was that the breakfast was only eggs, which I do not eat, but this did not detract from a perfect stay. I also think that, for the price, this was an excellent option. We booked this room on the recommendation of a friend due to the location right by the BTS train stop and affordable price. We couldn't believe how modern the room was and how professional the staff were. The hotel had all facilities we asked for; pool, gym, free breakfast and free wifi. There was even a washer/dryer in the room so we didn't have to bring home any dirty laundry. Don't be deceived by the photos, the bedroom and bathroom is quite spacious with plenty of room for 2-4 people. Highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to booking again in the future.

Stayed in the executive suite for 3 nights with breakfast
Cons Breakfast was not good - tasteless and limited choice. Provide more toilet roll. Room View was ok. Pool is small but it’s okay since it’s quiet. No music or bar available.
Pros Staff were friendly. Good size - living room area with kitchen, washing machine, balcony and bathroom. Clean. Location was good - away from the noise. Well kept. 7/11 nearby.

The hotel is located a bit far away from Thong Lo BTS station, but it offered free transport to the station, which is very nice. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. A staff named A even helped us to arrange transport for our day trip in Ayutthaya and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back when I visit Bangkok again

Not sure about the balcony. Ours had one.
The breakfast is partially buffet. Eggs are ordered and served on request.
