As we are in the old Bangkok part of town, the distance from both airports are around 22 - 25 km (approx 40 mins by car during normal traffic condition). Taxi fares by taxi meter to DMK airport should be around 200 - 300 THB and the fares to BKK airport by meter should be around 250 - 350 THB (excluding the toll fares of around 100 THB however the drivers always prefer to go on the high way which passengers are paying for the extra toll fares). However if you travel between 6 am - midnight, from BKK airport, visitors are able to take the airport train to the city for 45 THB/person.
