A newly opened family friendly hotel near Silom Road, Bangkok - kokotel Surawong & Japanese-American Inspired Cafe at kokotel. Once you stepped into kokotel Surawong, you will see Koko and her dad warmly welcoming you and a blue spiral slide which you can slide down from level 2. Not only kids enjoy the slide, adults can also slide and do love it too! kokotel lobby is not a typical one, rather it is a multifunctional living area where guests check-in/out, have some drinks, dine, mingle and chit-chat with friends and family. We love to stay connected and believed everyone does as well so we made our WIFI free for all guests throughout the hotel (in all guest rooms and public areas).

this hotel very reachable place, near market, near Robinson and temple to visit. the breakfast was incredible. the room rate also achievable for us. they also have "iconic blue slide". will be back to this place soon.

Rooms were big and comfortable. Washrooms were clean. We choose Koko couple. We paid extra cash for early check-in and they accommodated us. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast for vegetarians is limited but manageable. Location is great but the road to the hotel needs a repair. The room comes with a balcony. Bed is cozy and AC worked well. Would love to come back to this place.

Not recommended!! If you have a car , pls avoid to checkin this hotel. Very limited car park space and you have to pay rental fee for a night not offer any complimentary because it's not my falut! There's a car park connection with the hotel far away from hotel 5-10mins and you have to walk back to hotel. What the hell!! For the hotel business , you have to seriously with the car oark space for the guest or the best solution to slove your problem. It'not guest problem. Very terrible and disappointed , pls go away from here.

Very nice and cozy room. Also very clean and friendly staff :) Good location in the middle of bangkok city where you can walk to silom area easily. Amazing deal, reasonable price. I feel very comfortable staying and for sure i will definitely return.

Small comfy hotel in middle of town with kids playroom and café. Convenience for anyone who works in Bangkok. Easy to find some restaurants and 7-11 nearby and walk distance to a local market around soi Silom. The size of the room is a bit too small for family (3 persons) but fit for 1. Monthly rate is reasonable and worth to stay.

Dear Kokotel Surawong Team, I would like to share my experience of my period on 13-14/05/2021 My name is Panompon and pls call me Pony. I have called on 12/05 around 22:00hrs to check a possibility for the early check in on midnight of 13/05. Khun Eye, reconfirmed my name for almost third time and asked what the booking platform that I had made through so I reconfirmed that I had booked through Agoda. She reconfirmed that I can make an early check in and I did reconfirmed that I have to check out at 12:00 on 14/05. So its must be crystal clear for the conversation. On 13/05 at 02:00 arrived at the hotel, I met a night reception and he informed that I have to pay for an early check in. I have to reconfirmed again that the conversation has been made earlier with K.Eye. and then he said may be the miscommunication from K.Eye so he will upgrade me to the another room.. however, this process took me almost 20 minutes waiting the room and the room he provided is Twin not King but that was fine with me. He did reconfirm about breakfast on 14/05 I was drowsy and tired so rushed to the room on that night.. On 13/05 around 12:30 I got a called from K.Eye again, she said I have to check out now!!!? I just got a super confused that the conversation should be finished and completed before as I have informed your staff many times about the issue. She said she can offer my breakfast today If I agreed to check out... That was unacceptable Then, i asked Khun Eye to pass the line to Manager and she said she will call me back in soon. 10 minutes later, there was a knock door to my room, found that there was a guy in front of my room.. he said he is manager and would like to recheck and investigate AGAIN about the issue happened. Actually, i have put DND sign since last night!!! He keeps me saying that I have to pay for an early check in fees and ask me about the conversation that I have talked with K.Eye and night reception and he will recheck for the phone recorder If my conversation is as same as his staff inform me or not!! I have checked out on 13/05 around 14:00 finally as I think I got disturbed many times about this issue and the staff is unprofessional. I glimpsed and found that the guy who knock my door was sitting nearby and I left without any fond farewell from him. Only the lady at the reception which i assume to be K.Eye and she said to me oh you check out now lol impressed!! The things is 1.K.Eye try to protect her word as she said that I will check in on14/05 and I will check out at 12:00 on the same date. 2. The manager said that If i won't pay the early check in fee the Khun Eye have to take responsiblility of this matter. Good luck Khun Eye, your boss really loves you. 3. He knock my door with DND sign is on. And khun eye did promise that she will call me !!! Please communicate to ur team completely and any problem or question pls feel free to call or mail me 24/7 I need a recover from this issue BR Pony T.…

The rooms are amazingly good and cheap. The quater around this hotel is so easy to go hanging out and also nearby 7-11. The acceptions are so kind to all customers then it made us feel like home. I appreciate it.

The hotel is really clean. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Really recommend for budget stay if you are looking for good quality hotel in good price.
