The rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly. Location is not that good for sightseeing, but there's a 7-11 right next door, as well as restaurants and street food. It's very close to the airport (15 min by car). I've been here twice and will visit again.

Shame as this was the second time I stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately I lost my key card and was fined THB 300 for a card with a face value no more than 50 Baht. No amount of discussion and follow up e mail that I was local and wanted a regular booking was responded to positively so I will not be staying here again. Shame because the mini climbing wall is good but, I am now Thai so I don't want to lose face.

The people that work there is very friendly and cool. The rooms look okay bdoesn’t get cleaned at all, you can’t shower because either it’s way to warmth or else it’s freezing cold. The internet is unstable. The food is okay but the bartender doesn’t even know how to make a whiskey and coke. The pool upstairs is dirty and the location of the hotel is bad.

The toilet has a clear glass wall which isn’t so comfortable when you are staying there with just a friend. The room is small and there isn’t any cabinet to keep your stuff. They've charged me for a “used” towel that I had stained for an amount that is almost half of the price of a day stay. The theme (Xtreme) of the hotel is cool.

The room is a quite small but we had a pleasant stay. There is a convenient store nearby- just in front of the hotel. Close to the airport and airport link. Nice hotel design and had all the amenities.
