Toswat is the most competent, most helpful FO staff I’ve ever met during my travels. I recommend this hotel for everybody with all its great amenities and mind blowing staff. You won’t ever regret staying here! Cheers!

The hotel is rooms are tiny with no refrigerator and no hairdryer. I stayed there only for one night. The staff were nice and the room is clean. Just no hairdryers and fridge is not very convenient. I would stay again if only for a layover.

A nice hotel, new and very well furnished. Rooms are small but well designed. Hotel is very close to Phrom Phong MRT station. This means you can reach everywhere in Bangkok easily from here. Even one day I walked to the Hotel from Siam area. I stayed 5 days at S Box Sukhumvit.

How much is a deposit for a hotel room? Can I pay with cash?
I refused to pay as I booked my room on Agoda using my credit card. I allowed the hotel to photo copy my credit card and also watched them tear it up when i left. I asked them why they need a deposit and according to the front desk, they have experienced bad guests vandalizing the rooms previously.

I stayed at the basement. There are no windows, felt quite claustrophobic. No bathrobe given as well. WiFi kinda weak at basement level. You can opt for bigger room, that's 2nd level and above. There are windows and the I believe the WiFi signal will be stronger.
