We recommend Adelphi Suites based on location and service. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the Nana Skytrain station that connects to the Suvarnabhumi airport and about a 15-minute walk from the Sukhumvit MRT blue line (underground train). It’s about one half a block down from the busy Sukhumvit Road, but the hotel is quite quiet. Rooms are spacious and our room had a washer drier unit which was convenient. Sang, one of the hotel lobby managers, helped arrange a driver for us for a one-day excursion to Ayutthaya. Our driver, Yai, was terrific and we highly recommend him for day trips and excursions. The Adelphi is located very close to some great restaurants: Kinnaree that is almost across the street, Above Eleven (a super hip sky bar that is just down the street – make reservations!) and the intriguing food court at the Terminal 21 mall. The staff was very accommodating, and it was a terrific, centrally located place to stay while we were in Bangkok. We recommend staying in rooms that are higher up in the building. The rooftop pool is the perfect way to cool off, and has great views of the area, including the Night Market located next door.

We loved how central this hotel was to everything in we needed to get to in Bangkok. It was very close to coffee shops, good restaurants, the BTS, shopping malls, and of course taxis and tuk tuks galore. We enjoyed being able to walk to were we needed to go and got taxi’s to every where else we wanted to visit such as the temples and the riverside. Would recommend this hotel because it felt safe even though it was in the red light district. They supplied everything from laundry detergent, to toiletries, to kitchen supplies which we never used. We loved how we were able to use the washing machine whenever we needed too which was every day in humid and sweaty Bangkok. The laundry machine was one main reason why I booked this hotel. When you book 4 nights through the hotel itself you get one free ride to or from the airport. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We did not purchase the breakfast and we were glad we did not as when we tried it, it was less than desirable. There are many other restaurants nearby that are worth a walk too. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in 7 different hotels in this price range and in this location during my 6-week vacation, and Adelphi Suites was the best. The word "Suites" actually means something here. It's not just a word like "Resort" thrown into the name to make it sound more appealing, like many others in SE Asia. There is a large fridge and freezer, a microwave, a mini stove, and silverware & glassware sets. Pots and pans are available upon request. Rooms are average size. There is a huge amount of closet and cabinet space. There is a router in each room, so Wi-Fi is always consistent and strong. Other niceties include bathrobes, umbrellas, slippers, face masks, safe box, and REAL facial tissues. There is no mini bar. Great location. Very clean hotel. Free indoor car parking. The staff is incredibly well-informed, helpful, and flexible. I needed some special services such as bag storage and late checkout, and they were very accommodating. When I arrived in a taxi during a downpour, 2 staffpersons rushed outside with an umbrella for me and helped me with my bags. There is an excellent but expensive cafe/restaurant ("Monsoon") adjoining the hotel.

I traveled with my mom to BKK and found this hotel situated at a great location. It is adjacent to the BTS in a few mins walk and in a walkable distance to MRT. The staff are warm and friendly, very willing to help and answer to our requests. Room is clean and great breakfast choices. The suite at 16/f even has a washing machine which is so unexpected!

Our suite was very comfortable and extremely spacious. It was furnished with everything required for our 3 night stay, the only item we had to request was a drying rack. The Monsoon restaurant offers a very good menu at reasonable prices and is extremely popular. Although we didn't use it the pool looked very welcoming. Location wise it is ideal if you enjoy this area of the city, good transport links and an excellent choice of bars and eateries.

We have found that The Adelphi Suites suit us very well indeed. When we arrived, the porter recognised us immediately and this is after an absence of 8 years. The location of the hotel is just about perfect being only 200 metres or so from the Nana sky train station. We stay in a 1 bed suite, it comes with mini kitchen, lounge and bedroom all very well presented, including a washer/dryer. The rooftop swimming pool is a lovely feature and the sunset across Bangkoks skyline is spectacular. I have nothing but praise to say about this little gem, even the price is favourable.

An excellent place to arrive in Bangkok, staff are so friendly and were really supportive after my baggage was lost and didn't come with me - they all knew the situation and gave me updates anytime I passed the front desk. Fortunately (I'd chosen them from booking.com thanks to Sustainable Hotel filter) all their soaps in the room were bulk refill soaps so I didn't have to feel bad about using the hotel supplies until my own travel amenities arrived. All the water is in glass bottles and refilled too, which I love! The room is soundproofed and actually was, even though there are a lot of bars close by and I could hear a little bit, the soundproofing was great and I couldn't hear any other hotel/guest/staff noise during my stay - which is really important for me! And all the bars finish up by i think 11 or so... not sure, it didn't keep me awake at all. I am on a working trip and had many early morning calls with Australia, i found the wifi to be excellent and the room set up conducive to getting work done and very close to Seven-11 for emergency morning coffee!! :)

Welcomed back to Adelphi for our stay here once again. We continue to keep on returning because of the consistent high level of service that is afforded to its guests while paying a value price for the stay. This place is well placed to the BTS system with only a 100 metre walk to the escalator up to Nana BTS and from there you can go where you want on the BTS system. We didn’t need to go anywhere to eat because the food at monsoon restaurant is great with a choice of Thai or European food on the menu. It’s great sitting in the outdoor area watching the world go by while enjoying the hospitality of the staff who work here. The rooms are spacious, we had a 1 bedroom apartment and will always book this room on return, The bed is comfy as are the pillows and the adjoining lounge and kitchen are excellent. Bathroom has a full bath and shower and double vanity units so very easy to use.
The staff are very courteous and were always very kind and helpful to my elderly mother.
We used their pick up and drop off service the the airport and it was really great, since there were four of us and all our luggage we used a van which was clean and comfortable. Great service and took them worry out of trying to. Organising anything else. We continue to used this service for our arrivals and departures with them as was good value for a group of 4 or more. I also had some deliveries coming to hotel since I couldn’t ge them sent in time before our first departure so they were kind enough to hold onto them for me until our return in about 8 days time. Nothing was too much trouble.
Check in process is seamless and simple, we will look forward to coming back to Adelphi to enjoy more of their hospitality.

This a great place to stay in central Bangkok at the moment. The rooms are smart, spacious and comfortable. Perhaps more important, each room has a decent size fridge, plates, bowls and cutlery. Perfect for a delivered dinner or breakfast picnic. And just as important, the staff are friendly and helpful - and keep the place clean and safe. I’ve stayed 6-7 times this year and always a joy.

Stayed 13 nights in very comfortable 1 bed suite. This is a high quality hotel close to Nana BTS and many shops and restaurants. Best price when I booked seemed to be via the hotel's own website - they give an option to bid for an upgrade (I booked a studio room then upgraded to 1br suite).

I might be wrong , but the only food you can get delivered to your room ( room service) is with the restaurant affiliated to the hotel . If you make any orders with other restaurants using grab, you would have to go down to pick up at the lobby
