The hotel is nice. Staff who check in for us was friendly and professional. Room size (One Bed Room Suite) is good for two. Room provide kitchen utensils, microwave oven, induction cooker. Hotel location is convenience and takes around 4 minutes walk to National Stadium BTS Station, within 10 minutes walks to Siam Area. There were 2 convenience store (7-11) nearby. Planning to stay in the Three Bed Room Suite on our next visit to Bangkok with friends.

We checked in to the hotel and were moved to the resident portion of the property. The pool was closed, however it did not say that when we booked the room. We would have been able to use the hotel pool however we would have had to walk around the parking lot to the other building. The first room we were assigned was facing the pool under construction and it was very noisy. We requested to be moved and the next room was much nicer. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a nice kitchen and sitting area. The hotel is very close to the mall. The staff was very nice and helpful. However we booked a driver to the Floating Market through the hotel and were dropped off at a boat rental place, had to pay B2000.00 for 1 hour boat ride. (no negotiations) When we requested to be dropped off at the market itself our driver told us he is not able to do that because he is not a guide. We would have been better off booking a tour.…

This is our 2nd time staying in LiT residence which has been phenomenal. The room had an open kitchen with a washing machine included , comfy living room, bedroom and a balcony that faces the poolside, which made our stay feel like 'home'. Throughout the stay we received outstanding service from the staff. I absolutely recommend staying here since Siam paragon, Siam Centre, Siam discovery and MBK is nearby. Chidlom is only 20mins walk and you can find yourself surrounded by many shopping malls. It is so convenient!

Our family of 3 stayed in the studio residence over Christmas. +good size bedroom with washer/dryer with detergent which was very useful for our 10 day stay. you can hang the clothes out on the balcony to dry. + strong air con in both bedroom and living room, good easy control panel to your liking. +good kitchenette with washing liquid, new scrub, pots, cutlery all provided. a good size fridge to keep our drinks and fruit cool. 2 bottles of water given free per day. +excellent location just 5mins walk to Siam Paragon/MBK/Siam center. 7/11 1min walk from hotel. Hotel/residence is down a quiet lane so you don't feel the hustle and bustle of the city so much. +helpful front desk we got late check out due to our flight and even though they were full, they happily obliged. very much appreciated. +good breakfast buffet with fruits, cereals, breads and some hot plates like bacon, fried eggs. Also there is free a la carte which you can order from as much as you like. their french toast was especially good. Free tea and coffees. The breakfast service was overall very good from staff and were always happy and smiling. + house keeping was thorough in their cleaning and l liked the hotel tried to protect the environment so bedsheets were changed once every 2 days, but at request you can ask them to be changed every day. we didn't mind. + shower had plenty of hot water and it was strong and powerful. loved it. + young concierge in his 20s with glasses was especially happy and helpful towards us. ordered us taxis at good rates. got to the airport at 400baht. + there is an excellent small Italian family run restaurant 1 min walk from the hotel with wood oven stove for pizza. I have had many pizzas and pasta from Europe before, but this trumped them all. Must go if you are staying nearby. Book to avoid disappointment. There is also a good local lunch cart opposite (their pork and rice was very good for 55baht) and many fruit stalls along the way. -On Christmas day christmas cookies were provided on the pillows which was a nice touch, but we had 3 guests in our room so should have been 3 cookies. -because the hotel is down a quiet lane with no footpaths, we had no problems with our kid with the cars going by, but with smaller children just hold onto their hands -some morning house keeping would have their walkie talkies on about 7am which woke me up some mornings. -because we had a birthday, a small cake or a touch of reminder would have been nice and certainly upped it's grading in service. - wifi was a little unstable and we had to reconnect a few times, but once we did it it was strong. Overall, would definitely come back again when we're in BKK next.…

I just stayed at this hotel and I really liked it a lot. The room, location, and service was great. I would 100% stay here again. The only negative is this hotel doesn't have hot water. After 2 calls to maintenance the front desk called to say nothing was broken it's just the temperature they have it at. It is just a tad past lukewarm which is ok for showering but makes the huge bathtub in the room useless. This "no hot water" extends to the hotel's sauna. It can't get hot either. The only other negative is the breakfast is really not worth the price.

4 min walk to National Stadium BTS station and MBK shopping centre. We needed a family sized room with washer and dryer for our family of four and this was perfect. Breakfasts were good as well - made to order eggs, pancakes, waffles and oatmeal. Service very efficient - didn’t know how to work the dryer and they came twice almost immediately. Will return. Studio apartment was spotless with a cute small pool.

I have been booking the meeting room for my workshops several times a year. I am impressed with all the staffs' hospitality and service mind that reflects very well training, management culture and mindset of the the management level. The LiT Bangkok Residence is very very close to BTS National Stadium, just about 100 to 200 meters. And it is also near the MBK, Art&Culture Center and Siam Discovery. There is a 7/11 in the right of the alley. The room is not too big but clean and full of furniture. I love the washing machine, it has the dry option also. The kitchen with full amenities. Bathroom is large and clean. The alley is a little bit small but acceptable.

The hotel is located within an easy walk to the BTS rail station and Siam Square shops. This does make travel around the busy city convenient. The rooms are spacious and include a bath. Security staff even organise and negotiate taxi and Tuk tuk fees at fair prices which makes travelling easier and simple. A modern complex. A nice finishing touch by the manager thanking us for our stay.

Sorry for the novel...the accommodation at LiT made our brief stay in Bangkok even more enjoyable. This contemporary hotel combined two apartment style rooms on the 7th floor of the ‘Residence’ into a single, large, family friendly apartment. The configuration allowed for the children to be down one end and adults at the other - everyone needs their own space after travel and a couple of big days out. The room was very well appointed (including a front loading washing machine), bathrooms and a small kitchen. The facilities were modern and clean. The ‘Residence’ has a pool within the complex as well as a cafe for poolside eats and drinks. However, you are welcome to use the facilities of the hotel as well. Breakfast was also good with a variety of food to choose from - buffet, continental or from the menu. The staff were warm, friendly and professional - with nothing being a problem.
